Steam to Creation Kit linking (aka, Bethesda being able to work through Valve to take action on offenders) has somewhat helped with mod theft, but still mods being stolen every day cause the people uploading stolen mods are using dummy steam accounts and pirated copies of fo4. Still no moderators/curators on Bethesda.Net
