Some E3 leak info suggesting that there will be a Fallout 3 Anniversary Edition. It's from the same guy who leaked the Pokemon info a few weeks ago that ended up being correct.

Fallout Miami is a fan made mod for FO4, though it seems to be more in line with a full on expansion pack. Coming to PC only due to mod size restrictions on PS4 and XB1.
