Stress Test/Burnin programs (preferably free) for a new pc?

Okay. I've had some problems with this pc, I won't deny it, you prolly saw the bit in the FFXI bug moment thread.

I thought I'd ask. What are some good programs for me to burn in/stress test memory, vid card and processor? I'd prefer freeware and I don't mean pirated. (I don't pirate software. You might say I d/l fansubs but that's another story) I'll take shareware though as long as it does the job. Any suggestions?

For GPU, Furmark is probably the ultimate torture.

Depends on the GPU/Drivers, some drivers will instantly throttle the GPU when it detects Furmark making it completely useless. Others won't but even then it's only good as a thermal test and not for testing stability.

Exactly this. As a tech I run this on all systems I build for 24 hours. Any faults will show themselves. They're the most intensive programs out there.
