Yeah I'm fine if I'm wrong but this is like the only level of "trading" that I care to spend energy to understand.

So I just found out about this site - https://cointracking.info/ that makes it extremely easy to track everything. You can load up your reports from the various exchanges into it and it formats some nice gain/loss graphs and such from it. It also is able to generate a tax report since apparently trading one coin for another is considered a taxable event =\

I heard the same rumor which was sparked by one of the Facebook/Messenger devs joining the Coinbase board, Charlie Lee dumping his Litecoin as a response to him being accused of manipulating the prices due to his tweets, and Charlie Lee saying something huge was coming in 2018.

A totally unenforceable one, and the IRS hasn't actually commented on if they are like-kind exchanges yet or not iirc.

Just stepped away from the hold’em table. Leaving the night up 700~. Probably take another night or two to make my money back from this debacle should the bottom completely fall out.

Kinda crazy how I’m completely helpless to do anything about it directly for another 7 days or so.
