Now that a non-retarded news source has reported it; I think the timing is questionable at best. If the trade tariffs stick (Which I don't think they will), he'll go down for it. If they don't, he'll get away with when the market rallies back. I wouldn't put it past the old codger to do something like this, some of the shit he did in the 80's-90's is legendarily fucked up.
