The reason why with my test situation Evis is performing "better" on Chapuli (102) than DC Nightmare mobs ("better"= while still inferior to Exen, the difference is much smaller) is because I'm capped on attack (or very close to it) on the DC target?

In honesty though, with what people do nowadays and the iLevels, 102 Chapulis is irrelevant content. 102 chapulis is that annoying EP aggro you get on your way to some event.

Also sechs, in truth your gear should be close to BiS. Soon as I buy Nahtirah Trousers and finish plutons, my Thf will be optimal and I've only been back in the game for 2 weeks and in your ls for one, in the time you've been there, just getting shit rot, you should be almost ideally geared on dnc (excluding throwing stone at skirmish shit).

Also, if you got Flourish3 rotting, couldn't you Climactic a Rudras? Or is that not really any good?

To be honest I totally concur, but the next step in the spreadsheet (Delve Fodder) was probably too high for the kind of stuff I use DNC for so I decided to go with 102 Chap. DNC is mostly my Dynamis loveboy with some random easy stuff done in Adoulin.

Well, I think I've said it didn't I? Not BiS but pretty close. I kinda have weak choices in some of the accessories slots but the other ones are very good.
It totally wasn't the case when I did the test previously (pre-skirmish). Didn't realize it then but in hindsight while the Evis gearset was good, the Exen one was really lacking a lot of important options.

Climatic Rudra at 300% (but maybe even less TP) has to be fantastic, possibly the best option? Don't think it is at ~100 as well.
But even then it's a non issue for me atm, I didn't spend the >6 mils gil to get it (...yet!)
I intend to get it eventually even just for the cool aspect of doing double darkness which would fill my heart with e-penis joy.

Heh, or Grand Pas starting with 5 FMs:
Evisceration -> Reverse -> NFR -> Climactic -> Exenterator (Frag) -> Grand Pas -> Reverse -> Rudra's Storm (Distortion) -> Reverse -> Evisceration (Darkness) -> Reverse -> Rudra's Storm (Double Darkness)

I've never managed to get it off even when solo because the only monsters with enough HP to do it to also have "fuck you" TP moves that either wipe my TP, paralyze me, sleep me, amnesia me, stun me, etc.

Could probably do it on something with a lot of HP like a Reive fortification thingy? That last double darkness has to be epic damage btw lol

Tinnin cannot be killed until he regens both his heads. He regened back one head and was at 98%, so I used Pyrrhic Kleos when he had 100% HP to start off my AM3 and got back to 100 TP. That brought him down to 78%, which is when the video starts. The WS/SCs combined to do ~80% of his HP in damage, so the final skillchain couldn't hit for damage because he hadn't regened his second head back yet.
