I swapped my SD card to my new phone, my games were easy to redownload but now all my saves are gone... Is there a way to get them back on a non-rooted android phone?

Hm, normally Android stores app/game data on the SD card (or the internal space that's "declared" as SD card).
You should be able to browse through most folders with an app like ES file explorer.
The mount point for the SD card varies widely, my Galaxy Nexus has it under /sdcard , but just look for a similarly called folder under the root. There, you should have a folder Android with the sub folder data, that's where everything gets stored. And that's what you'd have to copy over to your new phone.
