I think Sansa will pull it off. Sure, Jean is normally drawn with darker hair/features than she has, but as long as the acting is on point it'll be fine.

Maybe they are thinking big 80's hair for 80's Jub, then regular cannon 90's punk short hair for 90's Jub in the next movie. That might be giving them too much credit though.
