I'm not sure I understand this question. Are you asking about her costume staying the same or the character?

Psylocke has the same costume in the Uncanny X-Force Dark Angel Saga. That was fairly recent.

As far as her character; I like her. I'm sure some people don't/won't, but I think she's one of the most powerful psi mutants, is a good fighter, all-around badass, and has an interesting backstory with her family. I mean, her costume changed from her original appearance, but that was a different series/setting.
