Sean Bean and Lena Headey were both well known before. I'll give you Gwendolyn Christie, I forgot about her because of how nonexistant Captain Phasma has been.

They adjusted Apoc's voice at least. Also, I hope they kill this Mystique off. Worst part of DoFP and will prolly be in this one too.

Is it really going to come down to Jean going OP? In multiple shots it seems like there's some big kinetic waves pulling/pushing everything apart. I can only assume it comes down to one of the people going Super Sayan. Ugh.

Well they are reintroducing her to the franchise, so I would assume so. She seems timid from early trailers, so she'll prolly have a kid Gohan moment when shit really hits the fan. Gotta give a taste of what's to come for the next movies, I guess.

Supposedly their going to redo the Dark Phoenix saga "right" this time around so we'll see what happens.

Huge X-Men fan all my life. I've seen every movie in theaters on day 1. I just can't with this one. It looks so dumb.

I soundly regretted that one. My thought was "It's Wolverine. How could they fuck it up as bad as people are saying?" Then they fucked it up as bad as people were saying.

My biggest problem with the rebooted series right here. No matter how they explain it or try to make it work, my reflex is to reject it on grounds of being stupid.

I think good money is on this movie being the worst of the 2016 superhero offerings. Nothing about it screams anticipation or excitement and the X-franchise has been suffering from battered wife syndrome so long I don't think it even cares anymore.

The only hope I really have for this movie is that the best Xmen movies have all been directed by Bryan Singer and he's doing this one.

Well that's what I mean. He wouldn't need voice correction if he were a different actor. I don't believe Spader needed much adjustment, other than metalic reverb, when he voiced Ultron.
