I know Magneto split him in two. Cyclops shot through him in a fit of rage when Jean died in an alternate timeline. The cartoon had him just trapped a few times.

Magneto killed him in AoA, Cable killed him at the end of The Twelve storyline, and as Inshiya mentioned, Fantomex killed his young clone (but cloned the clone to raise it in a simulation?)

Based on previews I'm betting on Magneto/Professor tag team (professor fighting him mentally while Magneto rips him in half). I don't see Jean going super saiyan this time.

Though knowing these producers, they'll likely have mystique kill him.
