BG's Favourite Let's Play Youtube Channels

I did a quick search and didn't find a similar thread. I figured we could have a thread where we all shared the timesinks that we enjoy called Let's Play. This way we can find more entertainment, while at the same time, helping our favourite youtubers with more views/subs. Post links to channels and describe them a bit.

ChristopherOdd - Mainly started watching for XCOM. Odd is a great narrator and really cares about storylines in games. Very easy to listen to and a very good player, but kinda has a shitty memory lol. Posts a LOT of different stuff including: XCOM/Alan Wake/Bioshock/Witcher/etc.

2BCProductions2BC (Johnny Superbman) - Mainly started watching for CIV5. Johnny is a very energetic commentator, and a lot of fun to listen to, and he gets into the roleplay of what he's playing. Mainly posts NHL/CIV5/GTA/WWE videos lately.

Quill18 - More of a geeky guy, but still funny and nice commentary. Mainly started watching due to CIV5. He mainly plays quirky strategy and indie games and is PC master race, including: CIV5/SimCity/Rim World/Europa Universalis/Crusader Kings 2/etc.


On a side note, anyone figure out a way to make AdBlock allow certain youtube channels and not the rest? I'd love to actually contribute to these guys by viewing ads.

I watch Let's Plays mostly to actually see the game, not to hear the person (which is apparently the opposite of what everybody else does), so my criteria for a good let's play is "doesn't sound bad, isn't distracting and doesn't think they're more important than the game". That said, my favorites:

Alatyre - Ruins of Myth Drannor. I don't think she's ever done (or will ever do) any other games.

Kikoskia - Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Temple of Elemental Evil, Discworld. Also plays misc. adventure games. Extremely good narrator.

KBGx998 - Has a Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen playthrough and he doesn't talk in it, so you can always hear the game. Also added subtitles so you can read the game dialogue.

That's not a fix, he's trying to tell people to risk their accounts for money by exploiting Youtube's system.
