I just watched this on a flight to Canada last week. I'm sure plenty of people will tell me my tastes are horrible, but I really didn't think it was that bad. I enjoyed it quite a bit. In terms of movies that I like that everyone hates for some reason, I didn't put it as highly as John Carter, but it was still decent.
