If you want them to be at that particular level full time yes. But pretty sure the benefits of switching gear for a ws outweight that 1 second or so of slighlty lower level npcs. Especially since weapons seem to have a greater effect than the armor

I just got lehko and havent seen him use a single spell, he has more mp that joachim and also does a ranged attack for like 9TP but on the apkallu in marjami ravine does same damage as a normal swing, so not only dagger attacks and i have seen him triple attack. Does a ranged attack every 4-5 normal swings, also tried to ranged the mob so he would cast a spell but always runs to the mob.
So far only TP moves are Debonair Rush (3 hit?), Iridal pierce (AoE) and Lunar Revolution(conal AoE maybe?)

I used him at 35 and he would cast water as often as a DRK mob would, for minimal damage.

It seems like Lehko tries to magic burst, but the AI is a little slow. Might just be my imagination. His magic damage is okay.

Iridial Pierce is AoE with very decent damage, and consistent to suggest magic damage. I thought it was conal, but I've seen it hit things behind him, so I think it's target-centered. He will piss everything off around him, but he goes great with Aeolian or Shockwave when out busting reives.

Lunar Revolution is single target. Bit more damage than Iridial Pierce.

Debonair Rush has some iffy accuracy. I've seen it swing from 300 to 1200.

Finally saw him use Inspirit, an AoE heal. Might have an erase effect (he used it when I was slowed, which Kupipi won't remove afaik). I was only down about 250hp and everyone else full, and it topped me off.

Best part about him is he will WS at 100tp every time.

Edit: Lunar Revolution is either a very narrow cone or a line attack like Sonic Thrust, saw it hit two bees very close together. Iridial Pierce did relatively the same damage on an elemental, so definitely magic.

Nashmeira is kinda beastly so far. Mnk/Whm if I had to guess, although I've only seen her cast -nas so far, Paralyna and Blindna specifically. She either attacks twice every round or just has a ridiculously low delay. High double digit to low triple digits per auto attack, best attack animations ever, and I've only see Imperial Authority so far as a TP move, 900ish dmg with no additional effect as far as I can tell.
