Having a lot of trouble getting Prishe. I've done everything I can think of but still can't get her or Ulmia. What could I be missing?

I'm on 'The Last Verse' for RoZ and CoP. I have the KI for the Whisper of the Wyrmking so I know I beat Bahamut years ago.. but after 99 level cap.

What am I missing guys!? So frustrating.

oh and more funny stuff with trusts; Both Shantotto and Ajido make comments when you summon both of them. Again, spoilered only for pics. Edit: I had lost one of the pics, but I found it!

I think Prishe and Tenzen also have a "Hey hello!" kinda dual thing when summoned together too; I've seen Tenzen's but not Prishe's in that situation. Something about together they have the strength of a hundred men. ^^

Lion and Zied also have a interaction. I have been messing around to find more.

I've only seen it when I summoned Zied first, then Lion. ^^

[Edit] Found another windy interaction. Summon Shantotto first, then summon Kupipi. Kupipi will go, "Doctor Shantotto is here? For better or for worse, this will be a day to remember-wember!"

Stupid question, to other SMNs out there what do you normally use Trusts on (at 99) because I find it slightly irritating I have to be meleeing for them to engage.

Edit:

Draw your weapon, land one hit, unlock camera and run away, issuing commands to your avatar. It's how all mage jobs have to do it.

Just read this which is nice, but still curious about what SMN like to use Trusts on.

Skilling up staff seems the only real reason I think SMN might use a trust, otherwise it's not really worth it if you're also using an avatar, unless you just put on full melee gear and use light spirit or something and don't worry about perpetuation or bloodpacts

Not sure if its a glitch due to fighting for long periods of time but my Cherukki and Ulmia are punching things with their fists O.o. Anyone see that happen?

You can melee on SMN with trusts keeping an avatar out and keeping up with BPs and MP.

I mean, I do it through awesomeness and Spirit Taker, but a better SMN could easily have a decent melee set with 0 perp cost and even refresh MP back with the Hagondes set, and AF/relic119 (which funnily enough at this point, outside of the accuracy and Crit+10% from Esp. set, are our best I.lv Melee options).

Most SMNs, rightfully so, adapt a stand back approach to enemies and don't have the gear or means to melee things, me personally I enjoy the 3k or more Shattersoul I blow up the enemies with, and with I.lv gear, most of the enemies you fight wont hurt you as much.

But it'll all depend on what you're fighting. Personally if I'm on SMN and using trusts, its likely for the Limited RoE Trials, or farming Merits/Job points, but its rare as If i just want merits, I'll probably use RDM or THF...

I use them for tough enemies on SMN that I can't kill in one bloodpact.

Which since I'm still trying to fix my smn gear to roxxor, happens sometimes. ^^ Oh and a bard trust of course. Usually Ulmia. ^^

My staff skill is actually not bad but I don't have a melee set. So I either sit there and swat swat (and miss a lot) or turn my back.
