Skullbreaker's a 100% STR WS now; it would scale pretty well for a character with huge base stats, like a 119 trust.

It still only has an ftp of 1 though and I guess she isn't dualwielding so would normally get 1 hit. You don't go from 180 dmg normal hits to 3100 ws (1600% increase in dmg) with just a 100% str mod unless you got over 1k str.
I'm gunna just say her skullbreaker is nothing like ours and probably has an ftp of like 5
Rainemard uses Haste2, Shell5, Protect5, various Enspells and seems to be using only Vorpal Blade, or at least did so for me.
Romaa Mihgo seems to be using Savage Blade and Fast Blade to stun stuff.
Haven't noticed if Rainemard uses that stuff on other players or just himself...
Edit:
Rainemard also uses Distract II
Who did you talk to, to get them?
It's all in the patch notes.
Go to the Archduke house to get a KI, once you have that go to the past to talk to specific NPCs to get the trusts or the Cipher. Positions and NPC names in the POL patch notes page.

Any preliminary findings to share? I have some. General impression: underwhelmed.
Klara: Uses Berserk, and has a unique WS, Temblor Blade, which is AoE. Nothing else. She sucks.
Romaa: Uses Feint, Trick Attack and Sneak Attack. Other than that, a basic melee fighter that uses sword WSs in addition to a unique WS, Cobra Clamp, which is conal AoE. I didn't notice any great damage.
Excenmille: Uses Stag's Call, which is an AoE att/magic att buff (10% maybe?). Uncomfortably long delay and not enough attack power to make up for it. Uses two unique WSs, one of which is AoE, unfortunately.
Rainemard: IMO best of the new ones. He doesn't have any special attacks, but he casts Haste II, Enfire, Protect V and Shell V on himself. Not sure if he can cure. Honestly, he wins because he doesn't have any useless AoE attacks.
I don't think I'll be swapping out Elivira and Mumor for any of these guys, and I can't imagine a situation in which they would be useful compared to other NPCs.
Rainemard uses all sort of enspells, maybe according to current target's weakness.
Doesn't cure and doesn't cast spells on others it seems, sadly, but he does use Distract II which is an acc bonus to everybody else, I guess.
I really want a non-meleeing RDM healer NPC now :D with Haste2 and Phalanx2
Rainemard will cast spells on Curilla if you have them both summoned at once, but otherwise doesn't seem to cast on anyone else but himself. Surprisingly enough, he seems to be a pretty decent DD as Trusts go, from some very casual parser observations while I was messing around in Kamihr Drifts last night.
Doesn't Klara's ws do petrify?
I have the Trust in each of the zones, have Bastok/Sandy/Windy Trust permits, I click on Jamal and don't get CS. Anyone know what could be wrong?
Seems you need all 11 Trust NPCs from the Sandy/Bastok/Windy zones ><. The POL notes are wrong I guess. So stupid, guess I got to Rank up in the other two nations. Errr.
You only need rank in one nation but some trusts are contigent on stupid quests like nanaa and shanttoto. Not sure of any famous RDM npcs besides rainemarde that could be a support type with haste 2. Fine though with haste1 and marches though. Joachim ulmia and ferreous ftw.
In addition to what's been mentioned here, I also noticed that Romaa Mihgo can use Steal and appears to have Aura Steal, as she uses it to dispel/absorb status effects.
Also: if Romaa Mihgo is in your party both Nanaa Mihgo and Lehko Habhoka will make references to her in chat when you call them instead of their usual dialogue. Romaa will do the same for both of them, although Nanaa and Lehko don't seem to mention each other on their own. It could be worth testing how Romaa works with these two trusts (and possibly how the three work together), as I imagine this is an indication of some sort of "set bonus" as with Aldo and Lion or Nashmeira and her automatons.
Chat messages in the spoiler tag, for those who might care:
Spoiler: show
Nah, special dialogue isn't indicative of set bonuses, just that the characters knew each other personally in life. Aldo and Zeid get a combo, for example, as do Shantotto and D. Shantotto.
Okay, just got Uka.
When you have Mumor out, she says: "Sorry to have kept you waiting, Mumorrr. With the Mighty Maidens by your side, you have nothing to fear!"
I haven't seen what else she does, I just ran out the windy woods gate to summon them.
check if she's a healing-type of Dancer :D using Healing Waltz and Curing Waltz and maybe Divine Waltz too
Sure. Let me head to somewhere where I can kill mobs. Give me a second :D
*Edit* Okay, she def is a healer type. she cure waltzed me, I'll put up the log. Was on whm but I don't think it matters.
*Edit2* Okay, here's the logs from BG Bucket..(Warning these may be out of order but again, doesn't matter.)
Oh yes, and I know you can see Mumor will react to Uka being out too. Also I don't see her removing stuff but she does cure waltz you pretty regularly, I don't know if her behavior's diff with Mumor not out.
Uka saves tp until 2000, then uses Judgement. It's not as strong as Mumor, but it's decent. With the two out, they used drain samba 3 fulltime despite being near capped hp. I don't know why, since Elizara's picture shows both using haste samba. Uka did use healing waltz to remove paralysis. It may be she removes -na type debuffs, but not ones that need erase.
I don't know why either. I haven't had my Mumor or Uka use drain samba yet. Might be b/c I didn't haste them on whm or something.
Also those weren't photoshopped in any way, I can't photoshop my way out of a wet paper bag. ^^ (Friends always did my sigs; and yes I need a new one.)
