How do you even get them to start in the first place. x.x I've had them cast it all of twice, and back-to-back at that! But after that, I haven't seen them do it once. First time I got a two-part one that did about 3k, second time I only got the first part for about 300.

Ok well Morimar seems to hit weak for having a great axe.

King does all the stuff you guys mentioned but will not buff my dual boxed character. So he either only buffs his caster or whoever has hate. although one test i did was engage with both characters. then i spammed curaga 4 and 5 on my whm mule to use up MP and gain hate and king did nothing. I dont think he even casted cure. Now I think Koru wont cast refresh on a blu player so i wonder if king will.

Now onto the tarus. For 10 fights at least Makki did nothing at all for me. eventually i noticed he just kept moving around. I havent used trust since the update last night (where they did something to where trusts that back up move around to) until now. it seemed like he couldnt get comfortable. then finally he busted out flashy shot sharp shot and barrage and started shooting after that. a couple fights later i dismissed all the trusts and summoned just the cherukkis. I had read about a trust that would use sleepga but never could get them to do it. but today Kukki kept spamming it. Sleepga 2 and a couple seconds later sleepga 1. I havent used her too much since i got her forever ago. mostly used cherukki now and then. So anyways about 3 fights later Makki busts out a "Meeeee" then Kukki was all ""Teeeee" and then ..... wait for it... wait for it ... started gettin nervous and finally Cherukki who was jsut standing there the whole time tossed in "Orrrrrr" at the last minute and they did 6kish dmg. Then for 30 minutes I couldnt get them to do meteor again. I just voked the mob, engaged, hit it, turned around and nothing. Kukki kept casting sleepgas Makki just shot at them and Cherukki just slowed and paralyzed and just stood there until someones shell/protect wore. eventually day changed to firesday and cherukki swapped from sleepgas to Firaja (so im guessing she casts element of the day) during the whole process i noticed the trusts movin around constantly tryin to get a comfortable position even if i was in the middle of a big field and the mob wasnt moving. Before the update I only ever had them move after the initial time if the mob went to hit them or something.

So now I am going to switch my whm mule to blm and see if him castin meteor will have them join in or if i can join in on it when they start casting it IF i can ever get them to cast it.

Blm cherukki casts based on day. I don't think Koru refreshed blu before I seem to recall some complaints in the rdm forums about it. Yes all 3 taru were changed to stay at range interestingly enough from what I've noticed when you have 2 ranged trusts sometime they mess with each other as both try to get away from the mob but also from each other.

Morimar is terrible. In a fight against Immanibugard, Zeid II did ~37k damage to Morimar's ~9k not including skillchain damage over the course of the battle.

As far as I can tell, King only buffs himself and the summoner in similar fashion to Arciela. He will cast cures on other NPCs though.

Going back in my log, he does seem to cast Phalanx II on others (maybe just whoever has hate?), but I can't seem to find an example of him hasting anyone except himself and I.

Yea i was saying Koru wont refresh a blu (SE says because blu have their own refresh) so curious if King will.

[Update Details]
The following issue has been addressed:
- An issue in certain battlefields wherein alter egos could move to places where it was normally not possible to go.

*This fix has adjusted the behavior of automatons and alter egos as they move away from monsters.

Before this update they would move back a moment after engaging the mob and stay unless they pulled hate or the mob moved around. But today since I have been playing with these new Trusts they keep moving around like they arent in a good spot (despite not pulling hate or mob not moving). I thot maybe it was cause im in a narrow corridor or something so moved to a more open area and they occasionally still kept moving. Sometimes they move back and forth several times from the same two points.

Before Oct 1st update I did a few solo bcnms with 2 rng and i noticed occasionally they would be next to each other but from the most part they seemed to move apart from each other at range from the mob. With the Cherukkis today I noticed one will often (usually Makki) stand off on his own but the other two quite often stand on top of each other.

I think most 2 handers seem to hit twice as much dmg than my single handers (balamor seems to hit like a 2 hander) So I was pretty disappointed to see Morimar hitting for a bit less than I did with my sword. Granted I dont think he is hitting as slow as a 2 hander might, but i expected a bit more. I only used him a short time and with only the trusts we got today so I dunno if in a more buffed situation (other support trusts) if he would do any better.

Makki seems to not shoot on lightsday, not sure if it was a glitch or what, but as soon as it switched to darkday he used sharpshot, flashy shot, and barrage and went to town.
That aside, seems players can join in on the chebukkis' meteor

Uses slashing and yowl auto attack animation, yowls are considered magical using acumen/malaise.
Uses Stalking Prey (You're Mine!), Starward Yowl, Aurous Charge, and Righteous Rasp.
Doesn't interact with teodor, but does with Arciela and Morimar.

Stalking prey is aoe. Seems to ws at 1000. All of WS may be magical, since each has done the same on mobs in Ceizak. 1545. Except for Stalking prey which did 1556 aoe

Cant be arsed to read through all of these pages, but have skimmed some.
I have most of the egos that one can get within the last couple of days, and just seeing if anyone can quickly spout off what would be some of the better choices.

Also, I've seen it once, but cant find it anymore. The icons and their color schemes, what do they mean?

I'm typically on BLM, so i've been using PLD,PLD,WHM,DD,DD for bosses, and thats worked out already, but now just looking for general XP fodder stuff.
Any recommendations for both BLM and BST?

Sword = melee DD, shield = tank, wand = healer, staff = magic DD, bow = ranged DD, harp = support, satchel = passive (Sakura, Kupofried, etc.)
Colors just indicate which nation or expansion they're associated with.

For BST soloing AoE trash I use Qultada, Kupofried, Sakura, Brygid, and Apururu.

Quick rundown of the more significant trusts off the top of my head:
August (PLD) and Amchuchu (RUN) are the best tank trusts. Apururu is probably the overall best healer, but they all have their pros and cons. As far as support goes, Koru-Moru will provide the most buffs/debuffs, but the sheer amount of spells he casts can be a detriment, plus he discriminates based on jobs (no Haste for non-BLU mages including BRD, no Refresh for PLD/DRK/BLU/RUN). Arciela is nice in that she will give you both Haste and Refresh + smaller spell list so she'll give them you right away + neat AoE heal/buff JAs, at the cost of only Hasting/Refreshing her summoner and also has a AoE WS. Ulmia gives you March x2. Joachim uses a bunch of songs and also is /WHM; generally only use him in conjunction with Ulmia for skilling up, WS quests, or Relic/Mythic trials. Qultada gives Corsair's Roll as long as his summoner has Dedication/Commitment active. Mayakov is possibly the best DD trust? I don't use DDs much except for Lv1-98 when a lot of them are very strong. I like that Arciela and Balamor have magical auto-attacks--means they can help finish off high level mobs when Ifrit doesn't 1-shot them since everyone else will whiff.

Passive trusts:
Sakura: Regen & combat skill up+
Moogle: Refresh & magic skill up+
Star Sibyl: Magic Acc+ & MAB
Kuyin: Acc+ and Ranged Acc+
Brygid: CHR+ & DEF+
Kupofried: EXP+ & CAP+

Makakov is an excellent DD if your fights take more than 10-20 seconds or so. If they're shorter than that, he spends too much of his TP setting up steps every fight and his DPS goes way down.

Thanks guys. I have been using Trion, Kupipi, Tenzen2, Lilli2, and Morimar. They seem ok, but feels like they under perform.

I thought I saw something different about the color of their icons. The expac thing sort of matches up, but I thought I noted a couple exceptions, but I could be wrong.
Someone mentioned like blue shield was a sub tank, yellow wand was sub healer.. I could be off with that.

Zeid II and Maximillian if you have them are the most damaging DD trusts to choose from. Morimar is terrible and there are better ranged trusts to use than Tenzen 2 like Semih Lafihna.
