Other than "why no oats noob lol", which should generate a better output? In situations where acc wont be capped / wont be getting madrigal&hunters, and in situations where acc is near cap.

According to the damage spreadsheet Mao is still ahead by a fair bit. 26 Skill X .11 = 2.86 damage. Not nearly enough to make up for the 19 base damage difference.

Edit:

When Accuracy is important, i.e. Tojil. Eminent do get ahead of Mao by about the same they fall behind on fodder. So, Eminent for Bosses. Mao for fodder.

I've been wondering about this.. I'd also like to see it Eminent Baghnakhs against Rigor Baghnakhs Rank 15.

In my opinion I feel that Eminent Baghnakhs might be the better DPS item over Maochinoli but I don't really know the math to prove it.

I have the worst fkn tojil luck, its ridiculous....and she doesnt have cor lvled yet (workin on it). Havent seen many tojil shouts here that ask for cor either tho, usually sch, and any shout that generally asks for 2 SCH's will fail because they get incompetent shitfuck scholars.
