Is it just me or are the numbers + example SE gave for housing completely messed up? 14% reduction every 6hrs, 50% reduction in starting price after 90 days? I don't even.

The math still isn't correct at that number. It's close on their 10 day figure but still not 100% and no where near right for the rest.

It's a flat .14% of the original price per 6 hours. 8,000,000 * .0014 = 11200. 11200 * 4 * 10 = 448000. 8000000 - 448000 = 7552000 which matches their 10 day forecast. Their 90 day forecast is wrong in that it's supposed to be 3968000 not 3698000. If you figure the .14% 4 times a day for 90 days you get an overall decrease of 50.4% which is I assume where they got the 50% from.

Seriously can any FC afford these costs? I have a 70+ member FC and people have an average of 120k per person. Even if we pooled all our money, I don't think we can even afford the smallest house.

Durandal member here. Honestly, the S size prices were about what we expected and thus can afford it, but M and L on the other hand we can only give a dry laugh. It's really too bad too, since we were hoping for a M sized house. Guess we gotta save up a bit more.

The sad thing is, we know at least one person who is able to to afford the most expensive L housing right off the bat. Not a FC, but a person. A few select people on our server is that rich. It's like a player version of that Lala who has a statue in Vesper Bay.
