This is like the only movie I am looking forward too this winter. I have a few gripes about it scientifically but I won't get into that right now. It still could be good. I'm wondering if it will be better in IMAX cause I heard they used an IMAX camera to film a few parts of it though I don't know how many.

Saw this on Dailymotion while drooling over The Avengers trailer. How they crafted the black hole based on real science. Fucking crazy.

Not the kind of starts I've come to expect from Nolan films..

The good or bad reviews? 70% is pretty solid.

The more recent Nolan-directed films usually start out in the 90s or high 80s, so the 69 that it's sitting at is relatively low. I'm sure it'll recover its budget several times over, though.

Out of 28 reviews? It's really not. And like I said, especially not for Nolan films.

Considering Dark Knight Rises has an 88% on RT, probably not the best metric to use for Nolan films.

The Dark Knight Rises was fucking terrible, so maybe it is a good metric.

We're all going to see the film, so it's not like it matters.

I want to see it. I can't tell if it's going to be awesome or crap. I just hope we didn't see all the good shit in the previews.

The Daily Mail gave it 4 out of 5 stars in today's edition. That's fair praise from them.

The Prestige sits at 76% on RT, so w/e. Opening night for me.

It's ridiculous how many people miss the point. The Prestige's FINAL score is 76%. Most movies on RT start off higher than where they finish. For a movie to be in the 70s from a couple dozen reviews GENERALLY points to it dipping later. This is obviously not an absolute but a general trend.

Welp, MRI machines use liquid Helium as a cooling agent and Earth is kinda running out. So, for the sake of a movie storyline, could be something as simple as that?
