Now that you mention that, I realize that as a BRD I'm not paying one bit of attention as to which of the LBs was actually used; I merely noticed that someone was using a LB, but I haven't the foggiest as to which it was. That said, for Turn-2 we used WAR PLD WHM SCH BLM MNK BRD BRD, so BRD was our only stacked job; it may have been enough to get us to 3-bar.
Tried CT yesterday with a few FC members, both other pt's had 4x BLM for DPS, and they spent the whole time trying to convince our pt leader to vote kick me and replace members until they got a ranged DPS.
Is there something I'm not getting? Like are BLM just so much better than every DPS in CT? Or is this what i'm going to have to deal with because SE decided we can't use 24 of our own members to run this?![]()
Last night my group had a ton of people leave after gear and not replenish, so we ended up really behind on the clock. Behemoth was at 3% and there was a minute on the clock, easily enough time but cutting it close.
Turns out Crystal Tower says 'Failed' and kicks everybody at the 30 second mark. It was utterly Heartbreaking.
Did they make an "adjustment" to the turn 2 rage mechanic?
I haven't tried due to FATE req, but is it possible to SB ilvl70 stuff in crystal tower?
Did the lv49 FATE while waiting for CT FATE to spawn, and got a "Flamefang Choker" as gold FATE reward. Any ideas what it's for? it's one of the items listed in the 2.1 update.
Daily are just glorified Levequest for now. The game world is too small and lacks of danger to make these things exciting. Meh.
