An issue wherein a player was occasionally able to register a character on the same account to their friend list.

An issue wherein the "All-seeing Eye" in the instanced dungeon "Dzemael Darkhold" would occasionally behave incorrectly.

I'll need to do this dungeon again, because I've never ONCE seen it behave correctly.

No idea. But I'm always curious if SE is gonna throw a hissy fit one day and slap "suspicious activity" on me for mailing large amounts of gil from my alt to my main.

Did some digging on SE's Eorzea Database, found the beast tribe vendors' inventory. No mention of what reputation ranks unlock each item though.

Amalj'aa vendor

Notably (I guess) there are a few dyes per faction you can't seem to get anywhere else, as well as the obvious minion and mount.

Also a dev post on OF says you can start getting 6 dailies from 1 tribe starting at rank 2, so it won't be 3/3 split forever. Just the first 10 days.

I feel like it's pretty safe to assume for now:

Neutral = materials
Recognized = dyes
Friendly = minion/mount
Trusted = furniture

Ya this does concern me a little. I sell lots of goods on my mule(slower moving stuff)and once a week or so I move the gil over to my main, can be up to 5mil a week.

I sell a lot of stuff on alts as well, though I usually move my gil at the end of the day or whenever I'm at the moogle to pick up w/e I've mailed over.

If both accounts are registered in the same Moggle Station (SE management) account. You should be safe!
That's what happened in FF11 before that many uses different SE acc to play multi-acc, ends up banned for suspicious activity reason.
I have 2 acc linked to SE acc, and after years, I didn't get any issue. (FF11).

Didn't feel this needed its own thread; some tips for treasure map nuts:

-If you don't actually want anything in the lv50 nodes you're using, just click it to open the gathering window, cancel, then move to another one. After the canceling the 4th one, you should see one of the other nodes "move". Keep going to the moving node. If none appear to move one probably just de/respawned in the same location. This will cut down map gathering times somewhat.

-Mail your maps to a friend and have them mail back to you. You can stockpile as many as you want in your mailbox (up to whatever the actual mail limit is, which is fairly large). Better than keeping in a retainer since virtually all telepoints have mailmogs.

I thought the mail had some lower limit for mail with items (like 4 or something)...? or am I crazy?

I guess I'll find out in a couple days. Currently have 4 maps and a vortex feather in my mailbox. Maybe they ninja-removed that or it was a bug or the limit was like 20 items and 4 letters is what you'd hit that with with max slots filled.

there's definitely a cap of 4 but i don't know if that cap is for sending or receiving, i get this all the time when i send craft mats to my friend's character.

Confirming that the cap is specifically 20 items; I have the aforementioned 4 Peiste maps, 1 Vortex Feather (all as single-item mails), then I just filled 3 full letters with 5 junk items. Was unable to send any more letters that had items with them, even after "checking" them on the recipient. Could still send text mail.

Hmm, that makes me wonder if the cap is 20 items, or 8 item-laden messages...

Nvm, it's probably 20 items like you said, since that would explain my previous thought that it was 4, since 4 full-item mails would be 20 items.
