Doubtful.
If that were to come to fruition, Google would just remove any sort of restrictions on their device and allow anyone to stream anything from any device.
New Cast models (or maybe firmware would be enough) to allow wireless BT devices to connect to it as well.
Big price advantage on Google's side.
