Severe weather until 8 PM here and a tornado warning close to where I live.

Luckily not in a tornado warning area, or even t storm area, but looks like I'm going to get 5" of rain and it stresses me out because of the creek running through our backyard. We should be fine, but we've never had a one day total this high and we've had some more rain recently as well so the creek was already at a good level.

I know the term Climate change triggers Republicans, so how about infrastructure and redistribution of wealth? I wonder if New York didn't have to pay taxes that get redistributed to welfare Republican states, could they afford the infrastructure to fix their cities to better prepare for this weather events? Just uh, brainstorming.

The worst tornado in NJ from this was an EF-3. Some large, really nice homes were destroyed.

My entire yard is flooded. Basement is a bathtub. Need the Fire Department to pump it out, but the water is still too high. Garage had about three feet of water. Luckily first floor was spared.
