900mph winds and tornadoes (not the real ones like the plains get, just F0's and F1's). Power outages everywhere. Wtf, I live in SC and it's February. Mother nature fail.
edit: 60mph gusts. No wonder all the trees fell over.

900?!
Tornado watch in Raleigh. 70mph winds. What the fuck, I moved here cos the weather was boring
Welp the sky is red and it's almost 10 at night peace out guys it's been real.
My secretary told me as she was leaving last night that I should go home given the storm system and tornadoes coming through. Brushed it off and left an hour later. Holy shit that storm was nuts; I was on the 14th Street Bridge coming back into DC on 395 and it just went from dusk to pitchest black night in like 2 minutes, then the wind kicked up and it rained harder than I've ever seen in my life. My car was rocking back and forth on the bridge with the wind.
Central NC has particularly crazy weather. The humidity is probably higher and we've gone 3 weeks straight of 100-103° during the summer and had a few times where we got a few feet of snow overnight. I like the variety personally.
Oh, and there's the 30° temperature swing almost daily. I work outside sometimes and it's a bitch layering up because you're freezing your ass off in the am, then you're in a t-shirt sweating your balls off by lunch.
Wake up sun already out. Nice and warm most the day except a little fog... until 30 minutes or so before work is out. Then of course clouds over and starts pouring on my ride home. dammit weather make up your mind
A glorious 57° in Minneapolis today. The "bros" are out in full force today in my neighborhood. Actually, everyone is outside right now.
Fuck these north FL weather man, one day it's warm and the next I'm freezing my balls off.
It's been like that down here, too. It was warm on Friday and during the day yesterday, but it dipped down really low last night and I've put the heater on now that I've come out from my blanket cocoon.
Winter hath returned! None of that 60° crap we had yesterday.
It's been pretty warm for SE Detroit-ish area this last week. About two hours ago snow starting pouring down. 45 minutes to go about 3 miles. Also, last weekend was the first time I've ever drove over the Mackinac Bridge into the UP. On the way over it was ok even though I'm afraid of heights and large bodies of water (fear of drowning). On the way back it was super windy and a few times our Ford Escape was doing things I wasn't telling the steering wheel to do. One of the only times my wife was scared by how scared I was acting.
I lived in Redford outside Detroit for 6 years and my first week of my new job I got the plague. It also started snowing blizzard like conditions and my boyfriend at the time was already at work in Detroit. I just moved from Florida and never drove in snow and had a horrible old beat up Ford van.
I seriously thought I was going to die going 2 miles up the road for NyQuil. I spun out on the main road and barely stopped before slamming into another car. It was one if those horrible life experiences that in the end taught me what not to do ever again. Michigan weather is the most bifuckingpolar shit in existence.
The UP is awesome but that bridge can fuck off.
It's 70° during winter in MN. I think a groundhog needs to get choked out.
Last week we had snow. Today, 70 and it's 81 in our apartment. Not ok.
