Figuring out the DPS from Latent or Upgrades.

I know with the usual ranged weapons the formula is typically ((DMG * 60) / Delay), Which seems to match up for what's shown https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Eminent_Bow and https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Speleogen_Bow

But what is the DPS when Latent is Active on Eminent Bow or when Speleogen is upgraded to level 15 (Ratk+15, Racc+10 Agi+10 on top of the base).

Also I noticed that on the Speleogen page, the 22.1 doesn't seem to be factoring in the base Ranged Attack +5.

So my question is, what DPS is a Speleogen with the added Ratk+15/AGI+10, and the Eminent when Latent is Active (without factoring in the Racc+15/Ratk+10 I figured it to be 23.08.

Guess the better question is, does Ranged Attack play an actual role in the weapon's shown DPS on the wiki?

Neither attack nor accuracy nor str nor crit nor etc.... anything other than damage or delay are used to calculate the shown DPS, as the effect of all of those depends on the mob you're fighting.

DPS is a nearly useless stat, as there's so many things it doesn't take into account. Just ignore it.

Ahh ok, so "base" DPS is basically 22.1 for Speleogen regardless of upgrades, and 21.92 (23.08 latent active).

Guess the only real factor between the two is the Archery Skill+, which if I understand right gives a higher chance of landing on a higher level mob (base damage remains the same regardless).

Kind of noticing that, since most other factors involved, comparing just Eminent Bow to Echidna's bow, both kill at about the same pace, both get about the same TP gain per hit, both seem to cause about the same amount of damage over time, just more likely to land a hit on Eminent due to the extra racc.
