Honestly I'd just farm fodder in Manipulator of the dark (Att BB), Puppeteer of the forest(healing BB/Support BB) or Commander of thunder(Support BB) depending on what BB you're leveling, you'll get enough green drops eventually.

I've been doing Maiden of the Trees in St. Lamia for all three kinds of BB fodder (241 exp/stamina), and been getting ~10 green drops per run.

What the hell does everyone do when they have nothing left to do? I'm now evolving/leveling bottom of the barrel units like Rina, Vishra, Bran, ect just because I have no one else better to level. I just evolved Atro and Magress just because, and Lemia is going to be next soon. I'm literally running out of units to level and all I have left to do is the new quest map.

Units I have left to 6*: Vargas, Vishra, Selene, Leore, Il & Mina, Luly, Rina, Bran, Duelmex, Themis, Lemia, Lava, Homubutsi, Tiara, Zelban, Golem, Darvan, Emilia, Rashil, Aem, Sefia, Kukuri, Zephyr, Eric, Mega, Lance

So 26 more miracle totems to farm, lol.

Maybe I'm not understanding his Leader Skill. Is the % based on the % of HP you have, or % of HP you're missing? If you get low HP, the percentage goes up?

% you have. You get 100% attack bonus first turn. You'll get less second turn, but usually not that much less, because you'll probably kill at least a couple units, and at that point you want to be using bb which usually 1 shot anything from full hp anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

I'm currently leveling up dupes for second and third squads just incase raids ever make it. Once I do that, it'll be imp farming til new units get 6* I guess.
