Ultor event is over, now its lin and rin just FYI. idk his skills seem pretty game breaking to me, but maybe im old fashioned
They arent bad units, and they are getting 6 stars shortly. Wish i had gems available.

Perhaps I'm crazy, however I didn't think much of his leader skill. At least at this point of the game anyway.

What type of team is needed to take Maxwell on. I'm wondering if I can do it with my current units. Also what item setup/spheres did you guys use? Thoughts? Picture may or may not be huge, I did this all from my kindle.

Maxwell may be doable with your units but you will need to borrow a darv/narza which is not ideal since you'd really want Lilly lead and have a grah friend for survival purposes. Can always give it a shot to get the feel for the fight. Note you won't have to count turns if you can bb every turn on your mitigator but you will still want to guard Lilly most turns and anyone under 7k hp will probably want to guard as well. You do still need to know hp breakpoints to prepare for Maxwell's bb/sbb.

5* cyclaw, also i hope gumi is trolling w/ those new vocaloid 6* units... 50-hit combo sbb w/ 900% damage modifier+16%crit rate up+50% attack increase is completely fucking absurd.

I can see why a lot of people are furious, gumi decided to make the 2 new vocaloids by making them rare summons/guaranteed on your 10th one bullshit when in jpbf, they're free via a dungeon capture line hatsune miku was.

For Len's SBB : 50 Hit Combo on Single Target, 900% Multiplier, 16% Crit Buff, 50% Attack Buff, 45bc fill
For Rin's SBB : 20 combo Thunder attack on all enemies, 130% Multiplier, great boost to DEF(50%) for all allies for 3 turns, reduces damage(35%) sustained for 2 turns, 47 bc fill

Len is horrible. 50 hit combo is impossible to spark every hit for full damage the 16% crit and 50% attk buff on his SBB means he won't get be able to get a good crit buff or attk buff to help him out, and the 900% multiplier is okay but for 45 bc? I'd rather just use Rowgen where you can spark his 620% 1 hit easily and take advantage of crit/attack buffs every turn with a decent 18 bc drop check.

Rin is better but still not good. 35% dmg mitigation for 2 turns is okay but not great most of the time you are already cutting it close with 50% reduction from darv/oulu/narza and they can generally maintain bb every turn these days. 130% modifier means she won't be doing any damage and the def boost is not really significant either.

TLDR: Save your gems/money unless you really like the vocaloid theme

Yeah, it's really bullshit. I'm never spending money on this game again to be honest. I get 2-3 RS per week, which almost all of them duplicate units.

Im done spending too. Been playing a while now, rate of unit release is insanely too fast and not very much content that is challenging for these strong units. Batches come out so fast I have tons of maxed units that never got a chance to shine. Pretty sure my old lodin/sgx/melchio/michelle meta squad could still be auto battling the new quests also.

So I was pretty content with my Anima Oulo that i sphered for Maxwell cause he's the only mitigation unit I have. then during Ulkina pulls I managed a second one breaker. I just finished getting him to 100, and his SBB to 3 decided to YOLO Pull with a free ticket Anima Darvanshell.....I have one sphere fog left and I still haven't done maxwell/Kuda/and now darv.

Make matters worse I've got 7 fire crystals and enough burst frogs to cap, but I don't have a fire Idol .... LoL

Yea they released the evo dungeons again and got a fire idol with my last 25 energy just need to SBB him, and then when the new units come out I'll probably roll that new thunder unit and do this shit all over again.

So for water units I have four star Karl and eve and Sergio five star arius Rickel a four star phee and six star signas. Who is better between Karl and Sergio. Karl five star has a twenty cost. Eve seems like a decent water unit

Frog maxwell she needs the extra crit from geldnite/havoc axe along with amanohabakens and you can survive with oulu in all the current content so you can just max out darv with fodder while waiting for your next sphere frog.

Rickel is a pretty good boss killer currently, Sergio will surpass her once he gets his 6* soon, Karl will probably not be seeing his 6* anytime soon in global but keep him around. Eve Is good, Phee and Signas are decent.

Yah pretty much this. Signas is really strong and overlooked a lot though (esp if you have a breaker), also if you're running mono-water signas atk buff will stack with a reg attk buff from someone like Lucina. Phee is pretty solid arena lead, but since Lexida/Hallowed spheres came she doesnt get used as much.

Ultor is pretty much the top arena meta right now. It should end up with a lot more defense once maxed.

One thing you really gotta get into your head. Stop looking at units that aren't max level. Their stats are irrelevant if you don't have them at level 100.
