Is having a full team thats strong against an areas element a must for St. Lamia? Got stomped by Lava using my Fire/Thunder team (only Water unit I even own is Undine). BB + 2 attack rounds each turn was a bit too much to handle.

I had to do that getting through the first two areas, but then I overleveled my mono team a bit and they've been able to handle everything since.

Almost there... The amount of exp required to get a 4* unit up to 60 is stupidly large. I get about 1 level per Metal Parade.

I was considering it during the sale but I didn't. I don't know how often the sales happen but if you're gonna buy you might wanna wait for the sale.

I bought some gems a few weeks ago. I've just used them for summons, not unit capacity, but I might buy some more to increase that and get some summons myself here soon. I must say that when I did buy the summons, I did get a few good units. Just be careful of the special summon events going on, right now I think there's a higher chance for Earth units. So if you're looking for a specific element, I'd watch their facebook to see when they do that as it doesn't seem to be mentioned in-game anywhere.

They usually have the element rate up when they release a new vortex elemental event. They raise the rates of whatever element is strong against the vortex quest they just released. Today they released the thunder vortex quest, so they raised the earth unit summon rate. And yea, I'll probably wait until I see a sale happening before I pick up gems.

I did pick up some gems. I honestly wanted to support the developers a little and figured why not get something useful out of it as well.

There's a little trick with the metal parades you can do. Before that, I'll mention I always try to leave myself with the correct amount of XP to next level so a couple parades will put me over the cap and refresh my energy.

So... after you've spent all your energy and before the metal parade timer runs out, you can go to *into* the parade section of the vortex and leave the game sit there while energy regens. This works just fine on Android but I don't know if iOS will hold the state of the game there while in the background.

Took me 30 tries to get Galant and 2 tries to get Nemia. Level 1 is probably somewhere in the 10% drop rate, but random is random.

They came back for a second, shorter round in Japan. But we don't know for the US.

EDIT: That tip definitely works. Got a 7th run in because of it!
