So I'm a little confused. Elza is probably my best roll that I got right? Kikuri has a straight up 50% damage to dark, which is kind of a lot isn't it? Zergel only gives 15% and 40% when maxxed out. Am I not understanding the BB gauge enough to get an idea of how strong things that affect it are? 50% damage all the time seems pretty good, right? Or even 40% to all types.

I dont have the maths but the 50% atk to dark is really not as strong as you would think. I mean it's fine as a leader skill for you for now, but some other stuff outclasses it later. Kikuri is just a much older unit than your others so her final stats are no where close to like your Zergel for example. The BB leader skill is pretty strong, you can eventually just keep SBB up at all times once you get enough units and those kinds of leader skills really help.

A lot of things go into making a unit really strong including regular hit count, bc generation, bb and sbb hit count, final stats, leader skill, bb/sbb buffs.

Hmm alright then. What lead should I be aiming for then assuming I don't roll something better? Elza or Zergel or Rosetta?

Zergel is better than Elza as a leader. Zelnite's a great all-around leader, since he boosts BC, HC, and item drop rates. Rosetta would generate more BCs for single target fights than any of your other leaders, provided you can spark relatively well.

Elza was pretty much the best spark damage booster (SBB) and 50% BC booster (LS) there was, but Zergel and Rosetta have her beat on the LS and SBB buff, respectively. She still has a slightly better hit count, but it's not enough to give her the edge.

The hardest content you'll be doing in the near future are probably totems, in which case I'd lead with either Zergel or Rosetta, and pair with a Zelnite friend. For questing, you can go with any of them, but Zelnite would give you slightly more item drops.

And you won't probably won't roll any better leaders until the 7*s come. Those are basically the best general-use leaders you can have right now, outside of more specialized leads like Tridon and Rin.

I didn't have one for the longest time as well. Just hold out and hoard Gems and Summoning Tickets until a Summon Event where Zelnite has increased chances of popping up. It's what I had to do (when they had the Rate Ups for most popular units, and I pulled two). Otherwise you're just gambling against the RNG praying you're lucky enough to roll one.

Edit: make sure you keep up and do the Daily Tasks. Every 1500 BP you get from that can be redeemed for a free ticket. Also, your total BP count tallies towards a ladder of rewards, which lots of Gems are on.

Dono what to tell you, maybe a glitch w/ zelnite leader in arena atm? My lexida zurg, sol/xentar A elza, sol/amano G elza, amano farlon, sol/legwand zelnite team gets quick bbs at first round and now they're constantly killing 3 people in the first turn. For me it's pretty much more bullshit good on my end.

I actually use Kuda as lead...but you were right about the leader skill glitching part. Normally when a battle started his "Reduce BB Gauge" skill would essentially boost the amount my BB gauges were filled a large chunk. Now they don't get that boost, leaving me with more BB gauge to fill. Switching to a Zelnite lead helps for now, but this may be an issue with Kuda lead specifically.

Also, made 5 pulls today looking for a Ringes, got an L Dean, a dupe Michelle, an O Zelban (my third straight earth Oracle pull) a G Azael and a B Elmedia. Had those last two switched their typings, they wouldn't have been so bad, but for the most part nothing special came out of these pulls.

Kuda is indeed broken. Might be an arena nerf on those LS, I'm not sure.
