My main party is Rosetta(lead), Ivris, Shera, Kuda, Lario(this is changing since my units out grew my cost), and my Arena is Alpha, Mifune, Kuda, Rickel, Lario.

I was wondering about Crit teams and a party of units that auto fill their BBs, are those setups any good?

Some stand out units to focus on leveling:
Voltage Cutlass Diana (BB fill on hit leader skill as well as on her BB/SBB)
Pyro Spin Ruby; pretty much a Fire version of Lario, but better stats and a 7*.
(obtain) Maxwell. You have great units (once they are max level and have SBB10) and should be able to stomp Maxwell no problem with a set up like - Diana Lead, Aaron/Darvanshel/Shera, Tazer, Kuhla/Elmedia, Rickel/Lario/Ruby, and Grahdens 6* friend
Maxwell will be your best Crit Party Leader until you summon either Kira, Colt, or Dion, and even then she can sometimes do a better job that those three.


Crit teams have niche uses in Frontier Hunter and some Raid Quests, like Medal Rush. There's no use for a party consisting of a bunch of autofill-BB units. Sometimes just one, maaaaaaybe two, rarely ever more than that. Tazer is by far your best STBBspam unit you got. The best way to use them is paired with an elemental changer like Shida, Quaid, Aneil, Lucca/Dia/Lodin/Grah, so that they will do massive damage to a single target. For any endgame content your party will almost always have a mitigator, some kind of BB buffing unit, Status Cleanser (if enemies use status down effects, because those are not blocked by Status Null Leader Skills), and a couple status boosting units (Defense Up, Attack Up, Spark/Crit/BB up, etc).

Rowgen is the exception. He's used to cheese the trials. Equip him with a Sealth Robe (from Arena ranks) and a Guardian Cloak (orb from a special vortex that was last active back in September of 2015), use two leads that boost Defense like Ultor, Kanon, Grah, Oguro. Once he gets down to 35% health, enemy AI script will go stupid and only auto attack him for 1 point of damage (due to insane defense buff from Guardian Cloak). Takes forever but lets people beat trials. He's used because his SBB is a one hit move, and does not generate much, if any Heart Crystals so he will stay at a low health to make sure he gets his orb bonuses.

Also, FUCK TRIAL:006. I've wiped about 15 times at around 3% due to shitty RNG. Fucking livid.

Finally bothered to beat green menace, now to trial 005 and seria, and both no continue GGCs. I completely obliterated lugina and it made me feel bad that i lost last time cuz of bad team comp.

I clear 005 and Seria on my first attempts

Double Grah, Colt, Claire, KKR, Elimo. Just remember to count turns and guard the proper unit and it should be a piece of cake.

Colt lead, Raaga friend, Claire, KKR, Elimo, and Selena. I could have switched Claire for Griel or something but that stat vomit from ES IS JUST TOO NICE. ugh.

I was doing so well. I went to lock her post Endless healing by having Extension replace it, except they seem to have fixed that? She healed herself for 200k and did Extension. I'm so screwed now lol

JK I guess that was just a one time heal. But I let that fuck me up and my A Team died to the 2nd Endless. And I didn't really bring a proper B team woops lol.

IMO double mitigation is not needed for 005. Elimo's defense boost, and double Grah dark resistance makes most of her attacks and her Endless tickle; just her fixed damage ones are the trouble ones. I used Colt simply to activate Claire's ES to make them damage dealing beasts; his SBB's fill BB at end of turn is less than Grahs's SBB. You could use Selena (to help with BC/HC generation and HoT) or any other crit unit; Kira with Xentar or maybe Edea's sphere if you're worried about the boosted damage since he's light, Orna, Kuda, etc etc.

Ragshelm's added injury to attack for three rounds is what finally let me manage their damage. I ended up using Kikuri's UBB like 6 times to combat Tiara's bullshit regen. My iPhone started to lag out and freeze when I was using BB/SBB because the fight dragged out for fucking ever hahahhaha.

Tempted to pull for Aaron or Ruby since it's rate up time. Have about 3 summon tickets and 24 gems to work with (need to complete a quest mission to get another gem ) so not really sure if I want to. Damn I got that itchy trigger finger again.

Welp blew everything I had and...man fuck this game. Got none of the rate up units, but somehow miraculously manage to get a Carrol (why...) Dupe Aris, Themis, Eva, Ciara, Mariudeth, Ultor, all dupes. The only non-dupe unit I got was Carrol and was gifted a Balgran (which is the one bright spot.) I feel dirty.

RNG is an evil temptress. In all honesty, I would try to hoard all gems and summoning tickets for the next few months until Global gets that God Gate thing JP just got (3 gems a summon for any unit, 5gems for a guaranteed 7* from Kira's batch onward)

"Rate ups" are evil because it's only like a 5-7% increase.

Doing some of the 6 hero quests that I've been putting off for gems and the hero spheres (finally got Lexida and Leomurg) and managed to scrape together another 10 gems. The results? Tazer (A), ok cool not bad, Pricilla (B), wanted her when she first came out, not so much now, but still not bad, and gifted a dupe Ulkina. Ok this pull was a little better.

Are the 40 cost level 4 dungeons the best place to farm the starter units during the summer event? Just got a Stya.

Stya is not a starter unit >.>

But those dungeons are good for starters as are honor summons, usually NOT during super honor summon. But I wouldn't waste honor points unless its super honor summon.
