Btw why did you use all Light units to OHKO X3? Kira adds light element to everyone.

You mean Will. And the reason is because Kira's Leader Skill only applies to base element (same with Dion). Light units will deal +300% more damage (leader skill + element bonus) to dark units, but dark units with a light buff will only deal 150% more damage (elemental bonus from buff). So two Kira's boost damage by 450% for light units hitting a dark unit.

AniMiku finally dropped, on my 7th drop, so that makes it easy to reach SBB. Is she actually a better leader than Lario? I use him, as a leader, and if there are two enemies, I can keep SSB up most of the time (Sparks galore). Miku has slightly better stats and also helps fill BB Gague, but in a different way.

They work well together actually. They both have different buffs so there is no overlap between them which is nice. Miku's LS is good for times when you might not fight multiple enemies at once because her LS makes BC more effective, where as Lario's increases the chance of producing BC.

I think I understand what your saying, but maybe I don't understand how it works in game. Right now, with 6* Zele, Eliza, Freya, Lario, and 7* Selena, I almost always have full SBB if there are two enemies. Most of that comes from Lario sparking with Friend + everyone else, and the BC generated from his LS. Is Miku the leader you would use during things like Trials and GQ, because there's usually only one enemy, and she's better at BC usage during those times?

It seems like, ATM, without more multiple buff units, she might not work out as well as Lario; is that correct?

With what you're working with right now, as a F2P player, yes. With your farmable units, Miku will be a better lead position for Trials for you. Right now, Lario will better suit your needs as the leader position for general questing and vortex dungeon stuff. Once you decide to plunge into the cruel world of RNG summoning with your gems, who knows what your team set ups will be! haha.

Looks like Gumi is running the Elgaia vortex dungeons again. They all have 6* forms.

Reed (Fire), Aneil (Earth), and Nevsky (Light) are awesome free units for F2P people. Reed gives a great stat boost (30% to all stats) as leader for a rainbow party. Aneil gives 4 elemental buffs to everyone (similar to Quaid, a 7* unit). Nevsky provides 25% mitigation on BB and 40% mitigation on SBB. A good stand in unit until you can pull a true 50% mitigator from the Rare Summon Gate.

Eru (dark) is useful for BC generation by providing BC drop buff and a BB fill on hit buff. Lucana (thunder) is an excellent healer unit that also provides an atk/def/rec buff on BB and atk down debuff on SBB.

Rhein (water) is the only one that is not very useful anymore. He was a good Arena lead, but a 7* Selena is better than him now.

Don't forget you can collect a gem for completing the level 4 dungeon (40 energy). 7* friend will be helpful clearing it!

Ugh, I wish they would give heads up on this (or BlueStacks wouldn't hide messages, when loading that screen) as I'd have started running the dungeon when I got up. As it turns out, I got Anima Reed, on my second try, with a Fire Crystal to boot.

We're getting some special spheres in the Achievement Store this weekend.

Prized Light (Malice Jewel with elemental weakness null) - 25k points.

Prized Mercy (Malice Jewel with Phoenix Wing effect) -20k points.

Demon Core (HR26 reward) - 20k

Gelnite Axe - 15k

The "Prized" spheres are exclusive to the Achievement Store; cannot be obtained any other way. Prized Mercy stacks with Fallacy Orb/Phoenix Wing aka lots of HP recovery!!!

Don't worry about blowing your load of retroactive points for these spheres. They'll be available starting Saturday and will stay in the store for a couple weeks from my understanding. So there's time to get points from daily challenges and turning in Zel/Karma too.

I hear JP has an achievement point system, so doing it now will have a payoff later. Like most things though, the best is for really high amounts; upwards of 1 million points.

1 million points will net you a "Sacred Treasure" sphere to activate Will's ES. There's some other rewards too.
