6* Zele Leader with Lexida/Omni Gizo
6* Lucana with Demon Core/Prized Mercy

+80% defense and HP Regen basically kept my PT topped off, and with Zele/Lucana able to attack through any attacks dealt, I consistently chopped away at his HP. Only one time did I think Seria got one shot, but she just barely survived, so the Angel Idol buff stayed up.

Dunno if I'll ever 100% this; might do it again, for the Phoenix Wing, but other things come first.

Nice job! Congrats! Using Tilith is probably the smoothest one since you can use her BB in a pinch to fill everyone else's BB gauge up quickly. Lugina's path is arguably the hardest. He provides zero help, like Seria lol. Grah's path is difficult , but at least during the first fight his LS will give you some bulk.

RC4 missions to leech;
Echoing Howl (Blaze Pearl)
Underworld Messenger (Doom Ring)

Both are materials used to craft Buffer Jewels (35% all stats)

I can't remember which RC5 missions are used to farm materials for Occult Treasure (40% all stats). However, a lot of people prefer that you don't leech RC5 missions; they're substantially harder than RC4 and lower and groups need all the firepower everyone can provide to clear the missions.

Just finished all raid missions, and man some of the last bosses have huge HP pools. Extinction is such a cheese move too.

Now that Zedus and Andaria 7* are released, would I be remiss if I didn't summon on the SBS rate up gate? Reddit google sheet shows about 25% chance you'll get an event unit, and I currently have none of them. They seem like they would be viable, at least until the latest JP batch hits, in a couple of months, and it might take me that long to get a team cost high enough to use a full team of 7*. Might get some other good, NE units, or I might just get all crap.....

Also, I occasionally read that rate up increases, the last days of a summon event, but I'm not sure I've actually seen a news blip happen, so how would I know if that's actually happening on a current gate event?

The "rate up" increases due to a larger sample size reporting their summons on reddit.

I'll be honest, I love the SBS units a bunch. I have them all, EXCEPT Zedus. And I really want him... But I got a few friends running him as lead and I tried him out a couple runs. I realize that he isn't for me. I like using Griff over him as a lead for more bulk for my team.

If you really want to pull then pull Sunday night/Monday morning before the gate closes and there is an actual increased rate and not a placebo effect.

I've realized that this game has serious power creep. Units are getting outclassed every couple months but... All content can be cleared with units from a batch prior.

Oh also Gumi's Global server got replaced by a baked potato. Game is currently offline.

Still not quite sure I understand you. So, right now, the news feed says there is an increased rate on the SBS gate. Is there an additional rate up chance that gets added to the current one, and it just always happens the last day of the event?

To clarify, the "Rate Up" amount during a Rate Up Event has been pretty consistent; around 23% (with a 1% deviation) to pull a unit on display on the gatcha image at any time during the announced rate up. Usually if you check the reddit thread and spreadsheet on the first day, it'll seem like a lower rate up: around 17%. That's because of the small sample size from people reporting their pulls. As more and more people contribute to the thread, the sample size increases and the rate up amount levels out to around the 23%.

About the "placebo effect" I mentioned. Some people honestly believe the rate up's increase on the last day; but none of the collected data supports this.

I'm going to hold off summoning and horde everything until Avant's batch comes here. The only unit I want is Zedus, but that can wait. If we get the "choose any unit you want" event for 2nd anniversary like JP did, I'll burn my wish on Zedus to guarantee getting him.
