Good to know. I thought Tora seemed intriguing because of the status ailment thing.

Tora was the first unit after the release of 7* that was centered around status ailments. Following her release, we got Fadahl, then Vernil, then Kafka, whom is the best non-Global exclusive status inflictor.

Kafka is the only unit in the game can apply all status ailments to enemies, with the exception of debuff-type ailments (Attack Down, Defense Down, etc). Kafka's SBB has a 10% chance to apply Injury/Weakness/Sickness and 7% chance to apply Paralyze/Curse/Poison. However, this is a buff that is added to her attack as well as the rest of the party for 3 turns. So for the next three turns all of your units have a chance to apply status ailments when they do normal attacks and use their BB/SBB/UBB.

Semira, however, is hands down the best status inflictor in the game. Her SBB has a whooping 80% chance of applying Curse/Paralyze/Poison/Weak. But it's her SBB that has that chance, it isn't a attack buff added to everyone's attack like Kafka's.

Right so someone explain what medal rush is because i dont know, and it wasnt explained last time i asked.
Did a metal gem pull because i had extra gems and got a vernil, I see he has a spark buff on his normal and extra skill, but how does he compare to someone like say elza who gives spark increase on BB.

Medal rush is a special raid that opens up for a weekend, it's in a green banner. Basically you fight a super easy boss that can be auto battled, and it's a guaranteed free 30 medals in RC4.

While Vernil has an increase in Spark damage on his LS (by 75%), his BB and SBB is all about status ailments. He doesn't further boost spark damage in any way.

These are the 7* units that are spark buffers and replace Elza and Rosetta (the meta from 6* era)

Rhoa
Chrome

Of these units, Claire and Zenia only increases Spark damage on her SBB.

Raaga, Rhoa, and Chrome increase spark damage on their SBB and on their LS

Raaga, Zenia, Rhoa, and Chrome also have the BB fill on Spark buff on their LS to help fill everyone's BB gauge for trial/raids/Grand Quest fights.

Chrome has the BB fill on Spark buff on his SBB as well, so he doesn't need to be a leader for everyone to get that benefit. Although I don't know why you would not have him one of your leaders.

Does metal rush require you to have more than rc1? cause i have barely touched the raids honestly

There's a medal rush for raid class 1-4. The higher the class the more medals. And why haven't you touched raid; you can solo pretty much all of RC1-RC3 missions with a mix of 6* and 7* as long as you have a mitigator.

You get gems, burst frogs, and sphere frogs from completing the classes. Also Raid Medals are an excellent way to get more Imps, Frogs, and Crystals.

They also let you farm miracle bulbs, once you're in RC4, and have completed the Global Exclusive missions; it's also a quick way to do raid missions, for dailies. Also, you can leach pretty much all of the RCs as well, though the last RC5 missions can be hit or miss, depending on who shows up.

I'm having a hell of a time with the 3rd stage. There are 6 mobs, but somehow all BC generation stops

Nevsky buff wipes your party and one of the enemies buffs the opponents team with a BB drop resist buff. Best tactic is to kill Reed by the second turn so he can't summon Nevsky. Use Avant or Zedus UBB to murder Reed's face off. Otherwise, bring a BB/hit unit (Bestie/Medina/Kikuri/Libera) and clench your butthole.

Can force close the game to save your items if you know you're going to lose.
