Reeze
Let's start with Reis' sister. Her main role is a defensive status cleanser.
Her Leader Skill is purely supportive, immunity to ailments, 3-4 BC when attacked, and 700-1k heal per turn. In the current meta, this is a pretty bad LS to use, highly because it doesn't add any bulk to the team. Besides, it's more likely that your team would cover everything in this LS anyways.
Her BB really changed from her 6-star. Now she can directly Paralyze and Sick, while adding Para and Sick buff when attacking, and cure status ailments. The paralysis and sick buff may be niche, but it's pretty strong when it matters like Karl's EX. I'll go into the cure ailments in a bit.
Her SBB, like her BB greatly changed, she obtained cure ailments and REC->DEF buff to pair with her upgraded selfish buff of buffing her ATK/DEF/REC by 200%. The problem with her selfish buff is that it's the generic boost than the element exclusive buff (like Karl's), so it would clash with your ATK, DEF, or REC buffers but just to her, but making use of the buffer first then Reeze she would still retain her buffs. Her REC->DEF might be harder to boost than Melchio's ATK->DEF buff because REC buffers aren't as common as ATK buffers, but if you manage to buff the team's REC then it's just as good.
Her UBB is literally Vertri's UBB but replacing 999k HoT to standard AoE UBB damage, it cures ailments, and gives Angel Idol buffs to the entire party that procs for 50%. Pretty bland, TBH but the Angel Idol chance is pretty great to have, maybe in raids? Since the weakness of this buff is getting buff cleared, Lucius' trial does this so there's not a specific place where this is important to have on a team.
Last up is her ES, which makes her great for the role of a status cleanser, which is granting ailments immunity for three turns when she uses her BB/SBB and increase 20% of all parameters when she has Water Armor (Vishra's GGC sphere) equipped (40% HP + 50% ATK/DEF/REC when BB is over 50% + 2-3 BC when attacked). This sphere thickens her bulkiness in HP while pumping up her other stats as her BB gauge fills up, great in nearly every content, even in arena (not CA).
Overall, she's great in her position as a status cleanser but faces competition with Melchio and Aurelia, another thing noting is that she clashes with a ton of units due to her selfish buff but it's easy to work around with but not really great for auto battle. In the end, she's bulky, a strong hitter, a pseudo defense buffer, but like I said if you have Melchio/Aurelia, it really goes down to how you build your team.
Worth the Legend Stone? Hell yeah, there's not really anything lacking in what she can do as a unit for status clearing. She's great in all forms of content, so there's nothing to lose in giving it to her.
Ragshelm
... Well, aren't you great for nightmare fuel?
Let's kick off with this thing's LS, it was decent during the 6-star era but now, it's pretty mediocre. It still maintained it's 30% ATK/HP and 15% Defense Ignore, but now it has 10% Guard Mitigation, which is pretty terrible on a unit that isn't really an awesome lead to begin with, but hey, it's still something.
It's BB? AoE + 30% ATK/DEF down, 30% proc for one turn + 18% Injury buff for three turns. It's pretty niche, but if you do need the injury, it actually has the highest non-UBB injury ailment buff in the game ATM, so if something can be injured, here's your best efficient bet.
SBB is not much to say because it's nearly the same as its BB, same Injury buff, same ATK/DEF down, but in its SBB it could last for two turns rather one. Also, it has a 40% Spark Damage received, 25% proc debuff for one turn, like it's guard mitigation, it's pretty bad since spark, BB mod, critical, even ATK buffs outdamage it, but hey, something new is always nice.
UBB is AoE + -60% ATK down, 10% proc, debuff for one turn to party's attack for three turns + 100% Spark Damage received for one turn... ATK down debuff is pretty decent but it has a poor proc rate, which normally won't be a problem but this is its UBB so it's not spammable, unlike Ruby's which is weaker but it's spammable on her SBB. It doesn't really help when the other effect is Spark Debuff which lasts for one turn, it doesn't really give it the 'nuking' position but I still don't get why debuff like this has to last one turn. Overall, you're better off with its SBB to do what his UBB can do.
Its ES gives it ATK against units with at least one of the 6 six status ailments (Poi/Para/Cur/Wea/Sic/INJ), for him it's Injury, and at least its great at giving it to them, IF they're not immune. The other effect is 'granting Defense Ignore to the party for two turns during BB/SBB cast', why is Defense Ignore ES so common? Rhoa has it, Ragan has it, and now Ragshelm, (technically, even the 7-star Raydn is in the same position). Overall, pretty niche for an ES.
Overall, its built to be a crippling unit, for Injury/ATK down/DEF down/Spark Debuff which is great... if it matters. I guess in general content, it could lessen damage via ATK down/Injury but not everything can be hit with Injury and there are better units that could inflict ATK down.
Worth the Legend Stone? Not really since, its a pretty niche unit but its strong in its niche, but there's not much content that actually needs it. Michele's/Lira's/Reed's GGC, maybe? But its a pretty solid 7-star for those who are starting out, mainly because it can reduce damage effectively when paired with a mitigator for general content.
Shera
Finally showing what you can really do, eh? (For some of you who don't get why Shera completely changed, she's a god's disciple like Zebra, Mare, Luther, etc. She just hid it until her 7-star).
Like Reeze, Shera's LS is purely supportive, 25% BB Cost reduction + 20% Mitigation, 10% chance + 30% Ares. But like Reeze, other units can cover for this LS, actually, she can cover it herself.
Her BB is ST and Mitigates but she has a decent 110% ATK buff attached to it, which works well on herself too, since ST deals more damage than AoE and it fills faster than Zeldeus/Krantz/Adel/Dolk's BBs, the exchange works out on her end.
Her SBB was great before, now, it's pretty great in competing against the other mitigators. She has one of the highest hits out of all mitigators ATM, 30 hits, Gazia having the highest. Paired with mitigation, 130% ATK buff, and a 7BC/turn for three turns. Damage/Mitigation/BB support/A lot of hits, makes her versatile and suitable for other teams like Spark teams, since majority of the mitigator's SBB hits are around the 10's and low 20's.
Her UBB comes out pretty bland but still solid, AoE + 75% Mitigation for two turns and 250% ATK buff for three turns. Mitigation and some direct damage, nothing jaw-dropping and nothing disappointing either.
Last up her ES, it's actually pretty strange. Defense Ignore Immunity and 4 BC when she guards. Well, it's pretty rare that you'll deal with Defense Ignore but when it does, it pretty stings since DEF buffs have little effect but it's a boost to her survivability. The BC/Guard is strange on a mitigator since she's the one that gives the mitigation buff, but I guess it's great against 100% BB drain, especially when paired with her spheres.
Overall, great mitigator since she's got hits/damage/BB support, even if her ES is somewhat weird, but not really worthless. She also shines in Dion led FG farming, for her BC support and ATK buff if you prefer using other mitigators for general content.
Worth the Legend Stone? Definitely, with her being a mitigator and all. All that she really suffers from is that she doesn't give defensive support to her team compared to other mitigators except Adel but worth the trade for a great ATK buff and 7 BC/turn buff.
