I've probably cleared some people, accidentally, looking to fill my friend list with units I need for content, but I keep BG users regardless, as long as I can identify them.

Meian, make sure you go into your Social Button -> Gifts, and then set up your three desired gifts. I'd start out with Honor Drops, Bones, and Claws to make Revive Lights, Fujin Tonics, and Goddess Idols. You won't need them, for some time (heck you won't even be able to make them), but it's good to stock up now, as you can only get Honor items, from gifts from other players. Keep in mind it doesn't cost you anything to do this, and if you want to be quick about it you can go to Send -> Send All, and it will send everyone their first item of the three they pick; it's what most people end up doing, so really, your first item slot is what you're going to get. Once you've a full stack, swap your first pick to another of the honor items.

Also, does anyone know when the last day to pick your free unit is? Is it December 14th? I can't find a specific end time.

He's a good lead. Provides extra HP and whenever your units "Spark" their attacks, it'll fill their BB gauge.

They're not groundbreaking. They offer alternatives to other top tier units.

The fire guy is a side grade to Avant and Zedus.

The water chick is like Libera.

They both have awesome art though.

No need to pull for them IMO.

So, water and fire Global Exclusive units are available, and there's a 10-1 summon gate where you get one of them, in your giftbox, if you summon ten times. Current Rate Up! looks like a <1% chance to nab one or the other, but a 20% chance to pull a six star unit.

Both are good units, but not necessary, if you have Avant/Zedus, and 10 summons is a pretty steep price, but you do get one great unit. Fire Unit seems like a top spot for Raid leader though.
