So time for major fuck up of the day.... well, weekend. Fuck it... fuck up for a while.

I had no idea 7* Charla's SBB also had a +60% critical hit rate buff on top of her +75% critical hit damage buff, because there's no mention of it in her SBB description. But she does in fact have it.

Turns out I could have been doing this retardly powerful FH set up this entire season.

Due to the new auto-battle setting, I can make Charla use her BB every turn for BB fill and HP recovery (Phantom Gizmo + Sacred Crystal + BB fill/turn from her BB will refill her BB gauge to fire off her BB next turn) and make everyone guard/idle. I can just have that run for like 5 minutes for a full Overdrive bar and do an UBB every round on End/Middle for obscenely high scores. Like we're talking 10 mil in End, 40-50 mil on Mid.

I'm missing Avant, but I'm also assuming you need godly sphere's as well? Also, when does Charla get her SBB, via that method?

Forewarning; the only shitty thing about this is if a unit gets Paralyzed and Charla cures the ailment, auto battle with bug out and you will have to turn it off, redo the BB > guard sequence, and turn on auto battle again. So if you're fighting a wave of units and one unit can paralyze you, either kill off that unit or be prepared to baby your phone/pc lol

Heavenly Bud (+100% Spark damage) or better spark spheres like Godly Flower (from Arena and 800K FG points), Flag Flower (Arena), Sacred Axe (1 mil merit points). Stat Up spheres will be stuff with BB mod, attack boosts, or critical hit damage boost. So stuff you're using already.

Charla needs Phantom Gizmo (clear FG stage 30) and Sacred Crystal (RC5M10 reward) for this to work. Shida needs Sacred Blade (1mil FG points) and Dandelga or something similiar for him to work in this set up. Ciara doesn't require anything special (Just heavenly bud + stat sphere).

You pop a fujin potion on Charla. Use her BB, so everyone gets 7 BC/turn buff. Between that buff, Phantom Gizmo (+5 BC), and Sacred Crystal (+10 BC), she'll get the 22 necessary BC to fill her BB to fire off her BB. Fire off her BB, then guard with everyone, press auto battle. That sequence will repeat (Charla BB > Guard x 5). Granted they're not guarding, just idling due to poor coding on Gumi's part, but it serves its purpose.

Once OD is filled, stop autobattle. Then follow this sequence. (If you're running this party set up with Shida)

1. Pop attack potion. Activate OD on whichever Avant is stronger (higher attack). SBB with Shida. BB with Charla guard with everyone else (Avant will have 21 BC and Shida will have 11 BC (and another 6-7 BC from Blade/Dandelga setup) at end of turn).
2. Guard with everyone. (Charla should have full SBB here, Shida will have 18 and another 12-14 from SB/Dandelga, Avant will have full guage or be just short a few BC).
3. SBB with Charla (this will fill OD Avant's UBB as well as Shida's BB gauge if not filled). UBB Avant > SBB Avant > BB Shida > SBB Rize > Rize

If you're running Ciara, it's pretty much the same except for in step 1 from above, Ciara will guard (since her SBB deals damage. Shida's does not). And in step 3 you would use Ciara's SBB for elemental buffs, not her BB (like Shida).

Ah, no Phantom Gizmo here, so I can't quite do that, as I can only get 2 BC/T on my other spheres, or 10-20% savings on BB, which still isn't quite enough. I suppose that means I could just let a round go, without healing, but that does seem like a lot of extra work.

If you can't get the needed 22 BC in one turn for Charla then she will do a normal attack which will mess up your autobattling guard sequence. So unfortunately Phantom Gizmo is very much needed.

There server maintenance tonight starting at 8:00 pm PST, which is also the time that Frontier Hunter closes this season. Get everything done before 8:00pm (11:00pm east coast time)

This update we're getting RC5M11 and RC6M1, new Christmas unit, and two winter vortex dungeons (one from 2014 and a new one). RC5M11 is a raid battle you have to clear on your own to get the promotion to RC6. If you can't kill the boss you don't stand a chance against Shushi in RC6M1. Speaking of Shushi, he probably won't be nearly as difficult in Global compared to in JP due to the sheer number of new batches we've gotten (power creep is real. Real damn ridiculous).

Last year's Vortex lets you get an Avant Solace sphere; one of the few spheres in the game that boost item drop rates so definitely synth it while you can. Also you get gems for clearing the dungeons so do that as well if you didn't do it last year (like me because I was a noooooob).

No info on the new vortex dungeon yet.

So, my Namethgear has 9992 ATT when his BB is full. I have him as leader and Zenia friend. Thats with a heavenly bud and bow of andaria. Is that good? I'm sure I could get it higher if I tried.

Frozen Myth is a sphere you can make as many as you want from ingredients found in last year's Christmas Vortex. Therefore we can technically make 6+ Frozen Fantasy if you want!

Also, Elaina and Grandt buffs! Grandt went from shit tier to respectable. Elaina... Didn't get much improvement.

Normal hit DC increased from 3 to 8 (Max BC Gen from 12 to 32).
BB - Max BC Gen increased from 12 to 48.
SBB - ATK Down chance increased from 30% to 50%.
SBB - HP% to ATK conversion increased from 10% to 15%.
UBB - ATK Down increased from -50% to -75%.

Are you talking about the fight where you start off fighting Mora then you end up fighting Seria and Lugina?

Use a friend that gives BB on Hit buff (like Nitsuki's Bestie). That'll help keep your BB gauges filled up nicely.
