Does using items even mean anything anymore? I haven't had it push me up a star yet, and people with a higher base score get three stars, even though my items push me way higher than their final score.

Information below is accessible from the main screen Menu > Help > Raid Battles

To judge how many Service Points you'll be awarded, an evaluation of your performance during each Quest will be displayed by a number of stars on the screen. Besides the amount of points you get for defeating a Target, the use of Raid Items will also affect your score.

Defeating a Target (Example: defeat Edelma, defeat Van Lucy, etc.)
100 x (Amount of damage one dealt to boss divided by damage dealt to boss as a group)
Item Usage
Number of Items used x 5
*Maximum amountof Item points that can be gained is 25pts (5 Items used total)
*Eligible Items are Beacon, God Crystal, Atk Crystal, and Def Crystal.

According to the number of points you gain from the two terms evaluated above, your overall score will be calculated as follows:
5 star = 400 pts or more
4 star = 300-399 pts
3 star = 200-299 pts
2 star = 101-199 pts
1 star = 0-100 pts

Depending on how many stars you receive for your overall score, you will be entitled to different types of rewards.
Zel, Karma, and Medal Bonus
5 star = x1.30
4 star = x1.20
3 star = x1.10
2 star = x1.05
1 star = x1.00 (in general)

Item Drop Bonus
5 star = x3.00
4 star = x2.50
3 star = x2.00
2 star = x1.50

A contribution bonus will also be awarded based on how many members participated in the Quest.
The Contribution Bonus will be added on top of the Service Points you receive for your overall performance during a Quest.

Item usage, no matter how many items you use, you can only get, at most, 25 points. That's why, if you're doing a raid battle alone, your base score is 100 (1star), but popping even one item gives you 105 score, pushing you into the 2* tier.

So yeah, using items in a group isn't as beneficial as using items solo. I tend to always open my own rooms and not do the quick start option. Because of that, I'll pop an item just in case no one joins my room so I still get at least a 2* tier.

RC6 missions, I use all my items just to make the fight easier, not to get more points. Because those fights are bitches enough as is.

Yeah, the "contribution score" is not correct. The stars are based on a hidden score that we don't see on BF Global.

JP BF does show that score though!



In this case, the first two players would both get 2* (between 101-200). The third player, a leech, would get 1 star (0-100).

finally 1.5 mil in bound by fire, got rid of ciara for bestie. God this was a huge struggle for me since i didn't have a 7* fire mitigator.

Do we have ETA on water/light/thunder FG? I'm spending my stamina this weekend 7*ing and imping Rinon/Lune/Colt/Kiravel for FG. Hoping it's not too far off.

BTW, I'd love to open my own room, to get a head start, but every time I do nobody joins my room, and I'll waste my time/items not quite killing him. Can't wait to get these last four hairs and be done with this raid.

So... people on reddit were collecting data from the last Challenge Arena season. If you want to spam CA for Season 3.... here's what the numbers you needed to hit last time to rank up every week to Legendary.

Week 1 Rookie - Goal for below Tier 15. Daily: 20k+. Weekly: 135k+

Week 2 Summoner - Goal for below Tier 15. Daily: 27k+. Weekly: 207k+

Of course, who knows what will happen this season. Readjusted reward tiers definitely a huge turn off so we'll see what happens. I'm doing it for the rainbow coins at the very least.

I finally finished fire FG but man that sphere on dark has been causing me so much headache.... Currently using Reis Lead Chrome Semira Lebard Elza and Zenia friend and the best i manage to squeek out is like 1.5 mil... 1.7 just seems so far out of reach at this point...

Chrome and Elza sub units in same group isn't really ideal imo. No other options?

Only Logan and Kikuri that are currently capped I have Febros but not SBB capped. Someone on BF.net got it down with that squad supposedly with sphere's not as good as what I have and I just cant seem to squeeze out the win

What is your procedure? Which turns are you one turn KO / three turn KO? Where are you UBBing? Are you making sure you never miss multi-kill?

I stalled at around 1.5 mil myself and then hit 1.71 mil with the 1.5 mil group after just refining of technique.
