I see a lot of people on reddit saying to get charla, is she still good to get? I don't really have much newer than avant time frame. I figured even though charla has all the buffs, wouldn't some of your other units overwrite hers?

she is one of the more versatile units, can pretty much do every content

Charla still has the highest buff numbers except for her Spark buffs

Crit rate + 60%
Crit Damage + 75%
Spark Damage + 100% (Only Eze beats this and that's only with his SP maxed out to give him +120%)
BB/spark 80% chance to fill 1-3 BC

There's a few newer units with the same (or better) BB/spark buffs.

She still has a place in the meta due to Frontier Hunter for the "guard frontier" tactic.

New vortex dungeon for a unit that can go to 6*, hearing people had problems with it unless Mono-Water team (auto battle friendly), one shotted it for Anima so that was fast for me haha

Yeah. It's about the same difficulty as the level 7 Elgif dungeon.

You can capture the units from either level, but only the 50 energy one gives a gem upon completion.

These vortex units are pretty cool and have 7* forms in JP, so we'll get access to those in a couple months.

So far, I have all of those, and I just picked up Allanon, from UoC. Not playing much anymore, but still keeping up with what's being released. Also, I hope they never give older, seasonal GE an OE; just rub that salt in moar.

Whoa... gumi somehow got the license back and the vocaloids are back in the summon pool and available in the 3Gem gate until June.

They're definitely just trophy units but it would be cool if they got OE.

You'd think they would give the older, obsolete units a shot, but nope; gumi gonna make an OP unit moar OP. I expect a full set of older GE OE by next Friday.
