Here's my weird paranoia for the day:

So I'm going to have to reinstall or backup the game because of the summon gate glitch. Problem is, I'm not sure if I ever linked correctly to FB (it always logs in from Google play). I did the account link, but the whole 'will overwrite your process' message always freaks me out.

I'd rather NOT lose all of my progress or be SoL.

Oh well.. in other news, thoughts on which unit I should snag? I've mentioned being in need of a solid mitigator for a while, so I was thinking Elimo with her upcoming OE, or Krantz. As tempting as Avant is.. eh, I've got enough other units that are pretty strong.

Honestly i would contact gumi support as soon as possible. And if you want to try to see if you ever did correctly link to fb, try using another platform (windows 10, bluestacks) to see if logging in with your facebook actually kept all your progress.

I've had to use the FB thing many times with their major updates. It always compares the two accounts with what you have now and what it will revert to before you can confirm it. Well, least it did for me every time.

The problem is you can't really compare the two. Part of it, Krantz is Omni capable right now. Elimo... we're probably going to get her Omni in......... January? Maybe late December if we're lucky. Right there, Krantz (Omni) beats Elimo (7*).

Now, if we fast forward to when Elimo gets her Omni unlocked....

Stock Krantz;
BB - 15 hit AoE, 50% Mitigation for 1 turn, Light/Dark buff for 3 turns, Cleanses status ailments.
SBB - 18 hit AoE, 50% Mitigation for 1 turn, Light/Dark buff for 3 turns, 35% BC/HC Drop Buff for 3 turns, and Heal 3500-4000 HP (+ 40% own REC)

Stock Elimo;
BB - 50% Mitigation for 2 turns, Heal 3500-4000 HP (+ 40% own REC), Cleanses status ailments, +160% DEF/REC buff for 3 turns
SBB 50% Mitigation for 2 turns, Heal 3500-4500 HP (+ 40% own REC), Heal 25-30% of Damage Taken (20% Chance) buff for 3 turns, +160% DEF/REC buff for 3 turns

Right off the bat, Krantz suffers from 1 turn mitigation; you need to spend 50 SP to be able to get 2 turn mitigation for him. However, you can cheaply (10 SP each) add status cleanse to his SBB, and HP recovery (at a lesser amount) to his BB. Essentially making his BB and SBB the same. Krantz also gets status immunity due to his special sphere you'd have him equipped for his ES. You'll never have to worry about getting paralyzed locked in a fight with him.

Elimo deals NO damage, which is a bummer. Her SP options allow her to negate stat down ailment, critical damage, or elemental weakness for 1 turn (30 SP each option), and for 30 SP you can add a 3 turn status ailment negation to her BB and SBB. Unfortunately, you have to spend 20 SP to give her innate status immunity unless you get it via sphere, elgif, or leader skill.

Krantz is very versatile and can be used in many different situations. Elimo shines in content that has damage reflect (fire everyone's BB/SBB off first, they all take massive damage, then use her BB/SBB to recover everyone's HP and give 2 turn mitigation). However, she has no way of generating BB gauge on her own (since she doesn't attack) or you have to rely on everyone else's attack drop checks, BB/hit buff, and/or spheres.

Personally I would go with Krantz just due to the fact he can be used in ANY content. Super helpful to me.

You get all the rewards for your rank including the ranks below you. So +3 will get you 3 Artons and 4 burst frogs.
