The only reason to buy gems in my opinion, is if you're running out of unit space/item space.

You can get enough free gems to manage that fine. I haven't bought any, and can't really see why i would. I can't always get the best units, with the best types, but it's really not necessary. More than enough gems are given away to easily get a workable team.

The only thing I am missing from my team is a Heal with null+cure status unit. Having to waste 2 slots for both is so bleh.

Only unit that can heal, cure, and null in the same turn is Altri (Tree).

Oh man, dude dizzy your themis saved my ass earlier. Mother fucking paralyze. was doing 2nd continent boss, and it was a valkyrie and a paralyze unit, and the paralyze kept fucking me up, but maaaaaan that guardian cloak is insane. was a joy to watch you solo the boss lol

Guardian cloak is incredible, you can solo so much with it. Only thing is it can take forever, since you'll die if your hp goes too high from heart drops, and guarding for 50 turns in a row while it does 1 damage hits to drop hp takes a while

I love my Themis, 1913 attack and a 10 hit count for a healer is awesome. For my current rainbow team the leader skill is not bad either. I just upgraded my Elsa to 6* and unlocked her SSB, 92/100 so another 3 runs of a dark metal parade to max her. I also used 4 gems to up my unit capacity to 100.

omg jp finally got auto, now i can actually play it.

Half energy on metal parade now, and i'm low level so repeated level ups means i can spam it infinitely lol. Good time to start on jp!

edit: wait...does it only have auto for quests you've already beaten? ;;

Yeah, lack of auto is what kept me from switching to jp as my main game when i learned how much more generous it was. Auto is just too good for quests and other easy stuff.

Not being able to read jp deters me from switching. Global isn't that much worse but definitely not as generous. Plus I have put a lot of time into my global game.

Having either Altri or Ulkina negates the need for separate units that do just Healing and just Ailments.

Back to my original point that having either Ulkina or Altri means I don't have to bring Melchio/Exvehl/Lunaris and Elimo/Themis/Lancia/Rashil. Getting Narza could work too if you don't mind running the risk of not using a cure status.

For example going Lilithx2 (Ulkina or Tree) and (Narv or Darv) is better then going Lilith and Exvehl for something like Maxwell. While its doable with Exvehl 1 Lilith it just makes life easier running double Liliths.

Why is global such shit? Higher level ones give more too, but i'm too weak to auto them

JP mobile game scene is more competitive so they have to offer more and give away more. NA is more money hungry so they do whatever the fuck they want

Beat Selena's dungeon. Only gemmed once on Stage 2. Free 3 gems and a decent sphere.

Anyone have any suggestions on who to use it on? Got my Faris using it for now.

Mine's going to Elza #1. People like Melchio and Lucina aren't bad to give it to either. Anything with a high BC check count on normal attacks.
