I miss the days of Karl and Grah. You prepare your units and you go in with a plan and you get the win! Then there is Maxwell. You have the most recommended units all ready for the fight, you have the spheres, but no matter what you do to prepare you're always going to be at the mercy of the random number generator. I absolutely hate the fight.

When using your character with the cloak, do i need to defend at all?

Apparently sooo. Got his 2nd form to half life, and he annihilated my entire full health squad in one turn, even your lilith.

You have to guard when he hits 50% HP. I also have Lilly and Darvenshel if you need em. And Grah, but BB1 with Legwand.

Here's the thing with guardian cloak: it only works at under 25% hp. So if you go over that, from heart drops, you're going to get destroyed. If your hp starts getting too high, guard for 50 turns in a row until it's back down to a safe level.

for karl when he is almost 50% on his 2nd form have 1 unit attack him and the rest guard until he does the move and sacrifice that unit and just rez it the next turn

So I tried Karl again and defended again. Made sure ur lilith had the cloak active. And still got absolutely wrecked with everyone defending. What the fuck. I only have one good squad that is leveled.

you also have to remember elements, he is water so any fire units will get destroyed by him

Well I just gave karl a try and absolutely murdered him, I put what I thought would be my worst team first composed of 4 units + a helper. The team consisted of 6* lvl 29 Loch, a 5* max lvl rashil, a 4* lvl 28 rashil, a 4* lvl 60 lunaris, and for a helper a max lvl 6* lunaris (guardian cloke). That team managed to take karl to his 2nd form and under 50%. Then my normal squad finished karl off. How hard is grah?

If you have a damage mitigator or lilly, grah is pretty easy.

I made a shitty mono thunder and im trying to level it up for karl. so far i have 4 star: (36)Eze, (47) rina, (55)grybe, (42)ahvel, (And a (14 )kushra), and my 5 star max level lodin. I cant decide who to put/keep in the squad. Eze's stats are total shit for a 4 star lord starter., (1.1k atk, 748 def, 491 rec). I also have a weiss, an elulu, and a zeln.

i guess i should drop the absolute shit tier eze and put that kushra into my party

kushra is slightly better but has dizzy said he went in with worst setup and managed to get him below 50% on 2nd phase

if you want i can have my exvehl left up which should help ya out - i dont have his SBB unlocked since BF doesnt like to give me support fodder when i farm it

Fucking christ, tried to do lance level 3 vortex, with grah lead, narza, elimo, mariudeth, elza, lilly friend. Got got to boss, used all my items in first half, but seemed to be doing okay, nonetheless, figured i might need a gem or two, no big deal, then once he drops below 40%, he one shots half my team through elimo's sbb def buff, and narza damage mitigation. How...

Have you considered using a mono fire squad with the use of ores/seals? In other words it seems like I accidentally sold my ramna.

I got my first fire unit a few days ago. Only mono teams i could put together is dark and light.
