    Other than it putting a buff on you which generates a small amount of enmity which (I'm assuming) generates an insignificant amount of LB, I'd say you're being trolled.

    I've never heard of this rumor, but I assume it started the same way most "_____ generates an inordinate amount of LB" rumors get started: while AFKing between fights in turn 2.

    No, stoneskin doesn't generate a tick of LB, the fact that you're still technically in combat generates LB.
