    "Magic accuracy skill +" on weapons

    So I've never really noticed this, but all ilvl100+ seem to have it now? For BRD, does that mean eminent dagger is a better debuff than soothsayer staff?

    yes. Though if you got macc path and use the macc grip you'd probably have more or maybe the same with whatever you'd off hand on brd
