So one of the test questions was "When permissible to talk when are you allowed to talk during what command" At ease, Dress right dress, None, and Parade rest. After the test I asked my chief and how she explained was when you are at parade rest and someone presents a question to you, you pop to attention to talk. So she said the answer is none. What do you guys think.

got rid of award points from good conducts, PNA only goes to top 25% of people that pass, less point weight on tenure, and i think 1 or 2 more. all in all, i likey
