Active Directory with 2 network Cards

I have to build an emergency server tomorrow at a client

Server will have 2 nic into it and due to some reasons i have to have 2 network onto the same server for a bit reason is for file transfer (too long to explain)

My first network card will be in the 192.168.200.0/24 and will be linked directly to the internet for now

2nd network card will be linked to the Local network and will be in the 192.168.0.0/24

Server is windows 2012 and I want to install AD and make sure it listens only on the 200.0 card

The .0.0 card is used to transfert the files from the old server to the new one and when everything will be finished, I will remove the old server and the new one and plug the lan into the 200.0 to make sure everyone will get DHCP and can connect to the new domain

If I tell DNS and DHCP to listen only to the 200.0 card, will I have any problems with the other network?

I've never done it with actual physical NICs but using VMs I would just set one to pick up DHCP and the other would be on my internal LAN for most of my machines. Always worked fine for me so I don't think you'll have any issue.

Will it work? Yes. Will you have problems? Yes. Should you do it this way? No.
