Fair enough but Haslam deserves another few years to see if all these self-inflicted wounds were worth a damn.

Oh I sure wouldn't mind Delmas in the chi. Finally stayed healthy all year, though he wasn't exactly great, anything is an upgrade over white safety

Yeah I realize, but I'm not going to judge a new owner on a single season spent with Jason Candle/WEEDEN running the offense and an off-season of cleaning house, no matter how shitty the process has been.

I could agree with that. Their secondary seems close to being decent. If Slay and Bently can improve and they get a good rookie hopefully they will quit getting bombed on.

The Cowboys are terrible. How much more talent do you want to overpay the wrong guys and use every shit scheme for the players you bring in? It is irritating... and relieving all at the same time.
The Browns are trying, it is just hard when you believe in someone year after year, to have them be a dud. The real issue I had with the Browns was drafting Weeden in the first round. There is no way in hell that can be justified. I do not care about college production, all of the intangibles showed differently and age was not on his side. If he was picked in the late first round, AJ McCarron should go #1 overall this year.

I understand the Browns want Manziel, but trading up for him would be extremely dangerous. They may be throwing it out there as bait too, to see what they can get, and to make other GM's think about snagging him as well. The Browns and Raiders need extreme play makers, not only to better the team, but to give the fans something to be excited about. Manziel is the type of player that will make a game interesting to watch, even if they aren't winning. I hated it this year in Pryor. But that is the business of the NFL.

    http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/stor...cey-john-jerry

Entire report contained in the article.

The Report concludes that three starters on the Dolphins offensive line, Richie Incognito, John Jerry and Mike Pouncey, engaged in a pattern of harassment directed at not only Jonathan Martin, but also another young Dolphins offensive lineman and an assistant trainer,” Ted Wells, co-chair of the Litigation Department at the law firm said in a statement. “The Report finds that the assistant trainer repeatedly was the object of racial slurs and other racial derogatory language; that the other offensive lineman was subjected to homophobic name-calling and improper physical touching; and that Martin was taunted on a persistent basis with sexually explicit remarks about his sister and his mother and at times ridiculed with racial insults and other offensive comments.”

Wells continued, saying that despite what some had said, the report concluded that Martin did not make up any of the claims.

The Report rejects any suggestion that Martin manufactured claims of abuse after the fact to cover up an impetuous decision to leave the team. Contemporaneous text messages that Martin sent to his parents and others months before he left the Dolphins -- which have never before been made public -- corroborate his account that the persistent harassment by his teammates caused him significant emotional distress. The Report concludes that the harassment by Martin’s teammates was a contributing factor in his decision to leave the team, but also finds that Martin’s teammates did not intend to drive Martin from the team or cause him lasting emotional injury.”

Lol Darren Sharper. He's still mad Greg Jennings put the team on his back dough.

Also the JMartin/Incognito shit is really heating up. Some of the stuff Martin wrote his parents during it all, and then how Incognito got those texts leaked to make him look better.. just wow.

Incognito was forcing money out of Martin, I believe he had a "fine book" where players on the OL had to PAY HIM for things. Martin paid $10,000 for being late to a meeting I believe

    Some highlights of the report:

    http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2014/2/1...miami-dolphins

On December 7, 2012, the anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Incognito, Jerry and Pouncey donned traditional Japanese headbands that featured a rising sun emblem (which the Assistant Trainer had given them) and jokingly threatened to harm the Assistant Trainer physically in retaliation for the Pearl Harbor attack. According to Martin, the Assistant Trainer confided in him that he was upset about the Pearl Harbor comments, finding them derogatory toward his heritage.
    Classy.

    Player B: Yes. That's a solid optic made specifically for a .308
    battle rifle
Incognito: Perfect for shooting black people
    Player B: Lol exactly
    Player B: Or Jeff Ireland
    After Martin left the team:

Incognito: How u doing buddy? Feeling better?? I miss us
Martin: Wassup man? The worlds gone crazy lol I'm good tho congrats on the win
Incognito: Thanks dude It's unbelievable all the attention this is getting. All that's important is that you feel better and know we miss u dude
Martin: Yeah I'm good man. It's insane bro but just know I don't blame you guys at all it's just the culture around football and the locker room got to me a little.
    a few hours later...

Incognito: Fuck Jmart That faggot is never [allowed] back
Pouncey: Bro I said the same thing I can't even look at him the same he's a pussy
Incognito: My agent just asked if we held mandatory strip club meetings Jmart is fucking ratting on everyone
Pouncey: Lol wow are you serious he is a fuck boy
Pouncey: He's not welcome back bro I can't be around that fucking guy
Incognito: Fuck that guy if Ur not with [u]s Ur against us
Pouncey: No question bro he's a coward for snitching
Incognito: Snitches get stitches Blood in blood out Fucking guy
    Pouncey: He's dead to me

Wells says his inquiry found Martin was taunted and ridiculed almost daily. After Martin left the team in October, Incognito boasted about "breaking Jmart" in a notebook the linemen used to tally fines and bonuses among themselves. When the investigation began, Incognito asked another player to destroy the book, but investigators obtained it.
Yeah, that doesn't make you seem guilty or anything..

Watching ATH and I love how Manziel essentially threatened the Texans if they don't draft him.
