The other thing to be concerned with about this ruling (in addition to the possibility of higher costs that I posted earlier) is the real possibility that some sort of blanket authorization for Internet monitoring becomes law. Something that doesn't require a search warrant is what I would be concerned about.

Ironically it will probably come from Republican lawmakers, the same ones clamoring for the FCC not to reclassify ISP's under Title II.

A Title II classification will allow the FCC to regulate the price, if they so choose.

They are choosing not to at this point in time.

I personally want more upload The highest I can get in my area is 10mbps and that's 150down/10up with brighthouse for some ridiculous amount. I don't need 150down. I'd rather 15/15 up/down than 150/10 (which I can't afford). My current service is 30/5, which is the best I can get aside from the brighthouse package.

I like to do streaming and such so upload is important. Fuck this area. Verizon does 25/25 for the same price I'm paying for 30/5... but they don't service my neighborhood. Instead, their best offer for my area is 3mbps download (idk what the upload is but I'ma ssuming .5)
