Skirmish Weapons +2 look great!!! Might have to go back to older skirmishes and pick up a few more. Ninjas +2 and Crobaci +2 have nice stats.

Yeah, seems they stripped the HP% and made it grant large chunks of HP instead.
Wyvern HP+% was changed to a static number, too.

Hm, is there any new data for RUN-related augments?Augments are currently stored in extdata, so they don't show up in the .dats as being associated with a given item. The augments will almost certainly remain.
My thoughts when I saw that piece for RUN...
Some AF2 are interesting, other are confusing. Many have lower statvomit with the addition of other cool stuff, compared to 119 reforged AFs.
I saw a lot of unique stuff gone though, in favour of statvomit.
Also, am I wrong in saying that at first sight Skirmish gear is disappointing with the basic stats? Some pieces received a +1 in stats... for being a 113>119 jump it seems a tad disappointing.
all they did was make the base stats higher it seems. if there's any major boosts it'll be from augments. makes them the unrivaled kings of defense again, though.

Relic uses the existing chapters.
Relic -> Reforged needs 2 hundred dynamis currencies
Relic +1 -> Reforged needs 1 hundred dynamis currency
Relic +2 -> Reforged needs no currency
Reforged +1 uses Voidwatch shit and Delve boss crafting mats.

10 chapters for unaugmented armor. 5 for augmented.
Edit: There are also job specific mats and the same slot specific mats that you need to upgrade. For example. MNK Head requires Giffon Hides + Phoenix Feather + chapters.
Quick glancing over of SMN AF:
Head: Looks to be the new MAB BP head. Surprising.
Body: Might flat out replace Caller's. Might have to retire the entire set now...
Hands: Good for skill, not much else. Practically drowning in -BPDelay I.
Legs: Worthless. FFS SE, can you fucking make a pair of pants SMN want to wear?
Feet: Only -1 BPDelay II on them is a bit disappointing. I'm no mathologist but they might be the best physical BP feet around.
So... 4/5. I wish SE would make us some new pants...
You still need to turn in chapters (5, 10, or 10 depending on what stage your relic armor is at), the same crafting mat as for NQ reforged AF, and a crafting mat that's from Dynamis (The ones used for Relic quests, NIN uses Relic iron for instance).So basically if you have augmented relic+2 you get a free 109?
BTW they all keep augments so don't worry about needing to upgrade another one from the ground up.
