It's kinda nice they have two verisons of the item, HQ/NQ. You can augment a hagondes feet with perp-5 and still have an HQ with MAB or NQ with MACC etc.

It's nice for the non gearswap users, although I'd personally get perp on the HQ since its the better defensive piece.
One for perp, one for pet: mab, one for pet: macc, one for mab... and yai let's welcome inventory + 200!
Not to count the amount of gil, patience and tries it would take to get exactely the augments you want, which is particularly painful on sets like Hagondes and Iuitl given the amount of possible augs you can get.
Maybe it's just me being in a bad mood lately, but honestly I don't really want to give that much time/gil/importance to these random things as I did in the past, if not for a very selected few items where I deem the effort/gain ratio is worthy of my time. I wholeheartedly regret all the resources I put in my NQ sets, and that's "only" 30ish mils. People who are really pro likely spent hundreds of millions of gil on them.
Yeah I got lucky on that. Might be wrong but I think I got perp-5 on my Uffrat+1 with a +1 stone on like, what, 4th attempt?
Really no reason for me to upgrade to an Uffrat+2, especially since I have many more items I want to upgrade before.
random potency on random stat = fail, everyone knows this.
I only skimmed the thread so I'm guessing a lot of this has been posted, but I figure someone might appreciate these being in one post:
Shambling Naraka: Uses WS after a certain amount of time passes
Watchdog Orthrus: Nothing special I can see outside of lots of evasion
Impervious Marolith: Encumbrance if you WS
Cantankerous Yztarg: Soulshatter Roar makes effect like the Meebles guy, if you don't get rid of this by doing the back-WS he'll use Beastruction after some time.
Unwavering Ironclad: Will use Ballistic Kick if you do any sort of magic damage whatsoever, this includes skillchains
Tweeting Caeferli: If you use WS or Attacking Abilities on him he'll use his special move (The Lightning Damage/Paralyze/Stun one)
And to piggyback on the same page, the Dullahan needs to be enfeebled. Never seen it use those #14XX moves when it is.
There's something more to the Marolith. Sometimes it collapses every time we WS it, but other times it goes the whole fight without when we're WSing whenever we have TP.
I'm curious if there will be a BG wiki on the new skirm? :3
if you weapon skill when its readying its own weapon skills it wont fall, it seems unable to register multiple AI elements (finish current WS, start retaliation) at the same time, OR it allowing only one weapon skill between each of its own weapon skills( or possibly more than one of the same WS during that period?). i wouldnt recommend it to anyone in your parties who cant stun mob weapon skills or spells solo in delve(as a base i guess lol, also think the delve grasshopper), or else youll end up with it happening anyways. so basically if youre good for that, weapon skill away.

I've seen Impervious Marolith quite a few times and it's only collasped on us 4 times total, 3 in the same fight. We spam the hell out of Shijin Spiral on it.
Orthrus Watchdog's Magma Hoplan sometimes gains effects other than Blaze Spikes. One time I fought Watchdog and it just kept generating shadows after Hoplan.
The Iron Giant from my experiences seems to use TP moves based on the damage its currently taking. H2H seems to always make it use Turbine Cyclone, piercing unlocks Seismic Impact, magic damage unlocks Ballistic Kick. He seems to mirror Ironclad Smiter from Altepa as far as TP moves linked to damage types. I have seen Incinerator only once and it was the one time we brought a SAM. I have also seen Scapula Beam a few times and Eradicator one time but am not sure what triggered them. Whenever we use 3x MNK, it only uses Turbine Cyclone from 100-0 as long as we didn't skillchain.
Does anyone have any idea on what makes the cocaine behemoth use Ecliptic Meteor and Meteor? We killed it a ton of times before and it just used Fire based magic, Amnesic Blast and Wild Horn. The one time our group uses a SAM it starts using Ecliptic Meteor and Meteor.
Which enfeebles work on the Dullahan and which tp moves are locked by them? He was still using bulwark, the AoE dispel, and the conal critical hp move even when enfeebled. I don't know what one #14XX is, since I think it's named properly now. Is there something MORE annoying than those?
Stygian Release can just randomly one shot ppl. Also, has it been tested if the WSD bonus applies to mainhand from offhand or not?
